ApArt Hotel Lupetta 5 Condo Hotel

If you are an animal lover, specially a bug lover, you will love this hotel, lots of different species; different sizes and you don't even need to leave your room! Also if you feel the desire to explore; you can start by the other hotel's rooms since one key can open several ones. This place teach you important values too, and of course sharing couldn't be missed. What an amazing experience to share the bathroom with the whole flat! Also if you haven't spend your 10 session bonus at the physio, feel free to come to this hotel and try their beds, 100% of success in healing your back. But we also have to recognize the good things; the location is pretty good, very well communicated and the ability of the personal editing photos of the hotel is beyond anyone's dreams Enjoy your trip!

It has nothing to do with the pictures shown in Booking p. E. There were bugs in two of the bedrooms I've booked. 1 key can open several DIFFERENT rooms, this made me and my friends feel totally uncomfortable and not safety at all. The office/reception is not very professional, neither is the person in charge, that comes and goes whenever he wants. The shared bathrooms are ok, but again, we did not find any privacy.

Very close to the duomo and navigli! We arrived tired but its proximity facilitated everything. Comfortable room and clean bathroom. When you arrive you are charged a city tax of 3 euros extra.

If your expectation of an apartment is that you can make your tea/coffee or cook, you will be disappointed. There is a share microwave/kettle room and no more. In some room, there is the concept of shared bathroom which can be a scary to begin with and if the occupancy levels are high. Also, there is no 24-hour housekeeper. Would not repeat esp. With kids along.

Placed in a strategic position 5 minutes from the cathedral; great location and great service. Clean apartment with every comfort, maximum availability from the girl that I contacted for the stay in Milan.

We stayed in the 6 a night in the apartment, which is a garret — you can also see from the photos — one bedroom, two sofa beds, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony (very cute). There seemed to be decent, clean, both towels and sheets. The apartment could definitely be maintained better in terms of decor and maintenance, but taking into account price, location (I think best of this there are none) and the fact that we stayed only one night, we were satisfied. Lovely, a window to the very small from where you see the spires of the Duomo! The apartment is as we have seen in the photos. The guys who made us the check-in were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly home, the rooms are not amazing but they do the trick but the big highlight is the proximity to the city centre, which allows you to do everything on foot and it's very nice.
The big problem is the windows: they completely let the noise through and it's unbearable.

I Am very happy to discover this aparthotel. I recommend It to families or couples. It'S very romantic and quiet. It's Only 5 minutes from the Duomo. The Price is very good. I was looking for hotels and hostels in Milano, and the truth Milano is quite expensive.

It's a shared bathroom. But host was great.

It is not the best but it is cheap, in the middle of city centre and almost clean so it deserves at least 4 stars for all these qualities. You do share bathroom but you are in the middle of city centre for bargain price and that is tolerable.

Convenient, good facilities, perfect location. Only the Windows could be slightly better insulated to shield more noises (e. G. Wind)

Bad! Dirty room, unfortunately they are not soundproof the apartments and by the side we had kids who made noise all night, so we slept maybe 2 hours, the window did not close, the floor was crooked in fact the entrance door opened with extreme Difficulty, the window of the bathroom facing the hallway and the elevator, without TV, in the room there were 26 ° and there was no possibility of lowering the temperature, I had never happened to stay in such a bad and not cheap environment (stayed one night 3 March to Euro 65, 00) … absolutely does not reflect the photos published on Booking.
I state, we have stayed me and my sister of 30 and 27 years, which we usually adapt to everything… but this place is really miserable!

With a few euros you can stay in an apartment just a few steps from the Duomo, cozy studios and well-restored reception very nice.

The hot water runs out quickly meaning you'll have to sit and wait for the tank to refill or go about your day without a wash. There's also building works going on at the property (right outside the room) meaning you'll be woken up from 9am. Hotel offered a partial refund of £40 despite the room being £145 on the condition that we left the property straight away so they could resell the room. Why they'd sell a room with no hot water and with building works going on baffles me. The location is the only good thing going…

Had a number to call to do a "late" checking in (10:30pm, not that late by the way) : nobody ever pocked up the phone, nor replied to my (Italian) texts. Now it's the day after, and still haven't heard of them. The room was pre-paid. Unacceptable.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Able to accommodate both Italian and English guests. Very helpful with suggestions for places to see and places to eat. VERY safe and secure lodging. Highly recommend!

Two floors and a great location. Rooms could do with a brushup as there were some broken tiles and interior. For a larger family it's recommendable of you can live with the primitive kitchen facilities.

Room was clean but small and in a great location. Most disappointing was the fact there were building works going on in the room next to us which started at 8am. Did not truly live up to the pictures advertised.

It is located in a building with an internal courtyard and accommodations of the nineteenth century on the landing, type of typically milanese. They have saved on space, obtaining the maximum possible number of rooms, and with two separated bathrooms, also they are small and very uncomfortable. The room in which I stayed is very small, with a bed that leaves space for no more than 45 cm on three sides. The times that I've beaten with the shin against the sharp edges of the bed do not count. The towels were the same for four days. But the one that most made me think was the lack of kindness on the first day, in the evening at ten, when, tired, just arrived, we were given the directions to get in the room without us. Never had happened to me, not even in the bed&breakfast, as is this. Ah, I forgot, the walls are made of plasterboard, you can hear everything. In summary: who would? To foreign guys who have no great pretensions, even the penniless, because the spending is certainly not comparable to the service offered. Eye, then. Comfort? It is in the city centre, from here you arrive to walk everywhere. Best wishes to you, but consider.

The place is spotless and very clean, services very poor, lack of hot water cordiality zero.

Ideal location and very friendly staff, but rooms are very small and the shared bathrooms are also a bit sloppy.

Staff were friendly but the hotel leaves much to be desired. 120€ for a night, a mini apartment with 2 rooms. Lack of minimum requirements,
electrical wires discovered on the stairs
Bad smell
Poor cleaning
Walls dirty and with cracks. No recycle bin for the garbage
No soap or similar in the bathroom
The shower arm was in danger of collapsing
… and serious problems of pressure for the hot water. For the same price, you can easily find better.

Friendly and helpful reception in a hotel in the center of the city. All kinds of stores, restaurants, sights, and streetcars and metro in walking distance. It is an old building and could benefit from some renewing, but it is still in overall sufficient shape. The Wi-Fi was working during the first but not the second day for some reason. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay and would go there again!
