Very nice, especially the view over Milan. City hotel, right in the center, so the surroundings are not quiet, but everything can be reached quickly. Very good breakfast.

Simply amazing on everything 🙏🏻 I came out so full of positive energy today at the checkout! Staff is brilliant, the women at the breakfast is very professional and the guy at the evening in the front the desk, simply perfect!

It is one of the best hotels in Milan in addition to its prestige gained for its magnificent service and quality in all its products, make you feel at home and it is very beautiful.

Beautiful pool and eating areas with attentive staff. Fitness area and spa were meticulously maintained with state of the art equipment. Suite was well stock with amenities and the lighting system for all rooms could be controlled from the bed. Nice selection of pillows to help provide a good nights rest. Restaurant staff polite and knowledgeable.

Non-existent service little deference food not up to par.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Upgraded to a suite which was a good size and well appointed. Good bar and breakfast. Roof terrace lovely. Given Milan was in the midst of a heatwave they may need to consider a system to cool the water in the pool. Thank you for a great stay.

A refreshing and modern hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly and the location is next to Chinatown and quite convenient. The view from our room was basically nonexsistent but it wasn't a big deal. The main gripe that would prevent me from staying in the future is the exorbitant charges for breakfast and parking (iirc totalling over 70 euros for both). Fortunately you can find food for under 5 euros nearby and parking for about 22 euros within a 30 second walk.

This is an amazing hotel. Brand new. Stylish. Great location with 5 star service. The roof pool and restaurant are excellent. I hate to review this place because I’ll never be able to book a room last minute again. Maybe I am overrating the power of my reviews… nah.

Beautiful hotel! 5 star hotel in Milan at an affordable price. Only negative is that the location is in Chinatown so it's a 20-30 min walk to the center. But it's easy to take the tram to the center so I'd prefer staying here than pay a ton more just to stay near the Duomo. The rooms are super clean, spacious and I love their bathroom. Top notch service and really nice lobby. Must visit the rooftop pool! Have breakfast by the pool and enjoy the view. No complaints!

Incredibly beautiful hotel for my first ever visit to italy but certainly not my last. The staff were so professional and kind to us throughout our entire stay. They were also patient when it came to the language barrier as me and my partner are not Italian speaking, their English was excellent considering. The room was lovely where we stayed on the second floor of the hotel. Although we didn't have time to use the pool on the top floor we did sit by it on our first day and it was very nice with a beautiful view. Could not recommend this place enough, thank you so much for a memorable stay in Italy that I'm sure will stay with me for the rest of my life!

Ultra modern design, incredible rooftop views. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms look amazing. They have outdone themselves with this place and should be really proud. Breakfast tastes great, but comes in small serving sizes. The 360 degree view from the restaurant is lovely. The lobby is nice and comfortable, and there are many unique couches to sit on.

I always stay at this hotel. It’s like my home now. Beautiful rooms, nice restaurant and great terrace where comes elegant people at weekend evenings. I love location (its could look like far from the center but it is not). It’s walking distance to Corso Como. And to nice shops and restaurants. Pet friendly which is so important for me since I always travel with my dog. Park for dogs just in front (quite empty and silent always). Staff is extremely nice and helpful. From/to central train station taxi cost 10-12 Euro (day tax). Public transportation to different city directions just on a side of the hotel.

Lovely service, beautiful hotel. Breakfast was lovely too. Staff were so warming & welcoming. Gorgeous views from the roof, room was well maintained every day, cannot fault this hotel at all! Definitely recommend.

Uneventful — beautiful! Breakfast lady super helpful and excited about vegan request, tofu scramble spinach and mushrooms — yum and many thanks — traveling vegan is a challenge Dinner rooftop bar — Vegan burger? mushy fried hummus on a roll — one bite squished out onto plate — I pushed it aside and ate the spinach on the role — server didn’t seem too embarrassed by it, no offer to resolve Parking screwup — leave keys and car for valet at check in — retrieve car next day to shop — they hand me the keys and say parking floor one. So I say ok, get the car and get locked in at gate — frustrated — walking back down ramp then back up elevator — valet guy walks back up with me and says you are supposed to push the button. WHAT BUTTON!? Here — that’s 40 feet before the gate on the passenger side of the car with no sign it was even a call button — whatever — I’m just looked at it like it’s my ignorance. If it weren’t for the breakfast interest — this probably would have been just a 3 because the hotel itself is soooo nice and I guess an great location.

Thank you for the amazing stay. I could definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially if you are staying in Milan during the warmer period, where you will stunned by the rooftop terrace. The breakfast is also excellent and staff truly caters to your needs.
Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Milan.

Given that it is a 5* hotel the service is horrendous. The staff need training in how to make guest feel welcomed and show some willingness to help. The breakfast service was too slow. They needed to be asked few times for little things like bread/ butter. We would not recommend it to our family and friends.
