NH Palazzo Moscova is a beautiful hotel. The building and the interior design contrast yet complement one another. The staff is gracious and professional and the room I slept in with its mezzanine is pleasing, spotlessly clean and rich in amenities and comforts. The surrounding area is abundant with shopping and nightlife opportunities and has recently undergone massive renovation with a large number of new buildings making the district very modern and appealing.

Bad experience! We organized an aperitif with 30 Colleagues about and we are still waiting for your "calculations"!

Not great drinks, in Milan there are many other more beautiful and more structured places to make an aperitif! Discouraged

You say you are not "you" directly, but since you are so informed then explain to me why it was said that you would check with the accounting if a partial reversal of the transaction was possible since the problem/misdirection was also ascertained by the room manager?

Cozy, clean, comfortable. Good fresh breakfast and delicious coffee. Pleasant staff, very helpful. Great area.

Room modern and clean, although a little small (I guess I've had bad luck, but does not have the normal window… it Is a hole low in the wall. The breakfast could be better for the quality of the hotel.

The room was so tiny, small windows at floor height, velux with remote in Italian, bathroom also very small with nowhere to hang towels/clothes/etc. The loo was 2-3 metres from head of bed. The minibar was in the cupboard. Okay location. Breakfast was nice and fresh. I hope they fix the lift soon. I was really expecting something so much better.

Staff excellent, especially Stefani and his amazing cocktails Location very good, rooms very small and first night in smallest room with view to back of hotel looking into rubbish — wakened at 5am with loads of bottles being emptied into rubbish — we were told there was nothing that could be done- We did get moved next day — being there for 2 days holiday treat with my son it really spoiled it. Very expensive booking that disappointed.

Very nice hotel conveniently located near a tram station. Nice rooms, good restaurant and nice terrace. The staff are very friendly. Although the hotel is located outside the Center, it is a good place to visit Milan, view the tram station right next door. For the truffle fans, the restaurant is a must.

Excellent and friendly front of house staff. Room was a bit on the tight side, but perfectly functional and clean, good bed. Great spa included downstairs. Amazing heritage to the building, being the first train station in Milan. Breakfast also very tasty, good healthy buffet and good service. Three English language stations on TV, BBC, CNN, and RT. Only one towel left in room on both nights, but was corrected promptly when asked for additional. Would be better if more towels were left in room, along with a dressing gown and slippers, which were left in some rooms but not others. Overall good, as nice new hotel with good staff, just needs to fix a few little issues as described.

The first station in Milan transformed into a Hotel that remembers with its details some moments of the travellers of the time, suitcases and posters make you revive at the entrance the epoch of its history.

We were guests of the restaurant Savini truffles inside NH Moskva. Great food, the dishes were sublime. Beautiful place!

Good location, good service and to know that we left the hotel early, before the breakfast service, they had the detail to prepare a coffee with toast to the moment of leaving.

Very nice Hotel, staff is always smiling and very helpful for anything. They helped me find everything I was looking for, very accurate and helpful in looking for the best places to eat and even those to visit. The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast is well served, varied, plentiful and of excellent quality. Also the restaurant Savini truffles inside the hotel has satisfied my palate offering me a good cuisine made of truffle and not. I recommend to all this hotel for those who want to live a pampered and at the same time reserved stay.

Hotel in contemporary style, housed in the first historic railway station in Milan. Rooms with every comfort but a bit small, especially the bathrooms. Nice free SPA for guests. Very clean and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast of quality with hot and cold dishes and cooked dishes expressed in the rooms that host for lunch and dinner the restaurant Savini Tartufi. Small internal garage or garages nearby. Comfortable with tram 10 and 33 or with the M2 and M5 at 500 meters. A valid address at two steps from Piazza Gae Aulenti and Corso Como.

Prices a little high for the service given. Both for breakfast, which despite it was great it was not worth the price, as for the rooms and services like the spa. Despite everything it was a nice experience, just a little pricey.

Not large rooms but perfectly functional. Modern and fully featured. En suite bathroom room with powerful showers. Good continental breakfast.

Location very convenient for Porta Garibaldi station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room (a suite) was OK, but with a slightly stage layout. There was a fair amount of noise both from people in the street and from the adjoining room/corridor.

The all important sauna and steam room are included in the room rates and were very good although there's a floor with the steam room in so far as the jacuzzi is actually inside the steam room, so when it is activate the pressure from the air being pumped into the room opens the door to the room and lets all the steam out, derrr! I've stayed here twice in the past month, first room I had to change as the shower didn't work, it was impossible to change the heat setting as it was so stiff. Turns out this may be more a case of poor quality fittings as it was also tough in other rooms. On my second stay I was given the room next to the elevator shaft so all you heard was 'whirrr whirr clunck' as the elevator went up and down, not good if you have trouble sleeping, fortunately the friendly staff managed to change me into a room in the roof and I had the coolest room with windows only in the ceiling (well there were small windows in the wardrobes but I kept them closed), it had a great feel to it and I loved it. Staff in the bar are always friendly and welcoming and look after you, but then at €9 for a bottle of beer it ain't cheap. It was here though that I discovered Franciacorte, the local sparkling wine, lovely! Reception services were great and each morning they brought me the luggage trolley for my work kit which saved me time and hassle.

Returning to an NH hotel after some time I was surprised that all my data were already ready. Also in the room I was also left a little thought and a letter D welcome. Good, I was surprised by these details. Keep it Up.

We highly enjoyed a Brown very nice and nice and helpful receptionist and his Brown colleague working at night during our stay working the evening from 4 to 6 April who advised us places to do in Milan. We're sorry we don't know the names.
The only negative for us room 206:
Small problem of sealing in the bathroom.
In addition we find the room too small… The mezzanine is unnecessary because inaccessible and empty.
The toilet in the bathroom stuck to the bed does not provide privacy and this is highly disturbing.
