Lovely hotel. Clean and staff are lovely.

This hotel is the perfect example of how to do more out of less… Helpful friendly and very professional staff.

Beautiful plentiful breakfast, ample room size, close to train station.

Easy to get to even walk to Central station. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Cleanliness and hygiene. Safe in the room. The breakfast is very good and delicious. I can't say anything about the parking lot. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is really adorable, full of colors and very comfortable. It is just a few steps from the central station and it is convenient to reach it. The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom comfortable. It was a very good breakfast.

The Hotel Mediolanum was perfect for our short break in Milan. It is an easy 5 — 10 minutes walk from the central railway station. The walk in to the city centre is a little longer, about 30 minutes to the Duomo but you can make it an interesting and pleasant walk through the park or there is plenty of public transport. The rooms are comfortable, the bed was huge, the bathroom was excellent with fluffy towels, bath robes and slippers and plenty of hand towels and toiletries that were replenished every day. The breakfast was a feast of fruit, yogurt, rolls, cheeses and cake. There were meats and bacon for meat eaters and bread to toast. The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly when we had a last minute panic with our returning boarding cards. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located: near the main transportation hub, but not too close, so avoiding noise. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket nearby. It is nice, comfortable, clean and the most important, very good client service. This is one of the few hotels I've liked on Milan from more than 12 I've been. The breakfast is good and there are no hidden costs.

Everything OK close to Central Station two steps in practice parking possibilities nearby courteous staff and very good available rooms great cleanliness very satisfactory breakfast I will return.

The rooms are modern, although the soundproofing is very bad, you would hear sneezing the neighbor as if you were in our room. Breakfast is pretty full. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is about 5-10 minutes walk from Central Station. Around there are restaurants where they sell Italian food with seafood.

I was shocked that in the hotel description, it was mentioned that the hotel includes a fitness centre. That was a lie, they told us if we needed a fitness centre we should go to some other hotel close by and tell them that we are in Mediolanum. Rooms are small, the only good thing is the location.

Structure that starts showing years of service, however very clean and well kept, breakfast of all kinds both sweet and savory.

Nice hotel walking distance to lots of shopping if that's your thing. Fairly close to attractions. 5 or so minute walk from central train station. Room was quite nice and updated, very clean. Breakfast included which is a plus since Milan is pretty expensive to eat. Hotel staff are slow but friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

For a 4 star it is a bit too ' spartan ' in the rooms and the location does not shine as a presence. The proximity to the Central station and the shopping streets is advantageous.

It was a good location and a lot of breakfast.

The hotel is good but someone there stole me and my husband. The Police office of Italy didnt help at all. We have put our Money in the locker and someone opened and stoll the Money there. It was the money of my wedding gift thats why I am so sure about the quantity.

We booked this hotel partly because of the decor and partly the location, what impressed us more was the level of service from all the staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and we were shown to our room where we had a welcome gift of sparkling wine waiting for us to celebrate our honeymoon. All the staff are super friendly and helpful booking our reservations and the amazing restaurant across the road providing us with information on trips and places to visit even delivering and collecting the ironing board we borrowed, nothing was too much bother. The breakfasts were the best we had in Italy and this included the service and the coffee. The location is very close to central station and there is tram number 5 just at the end of the street. The room was everything you needed, great bathroom with bath and excellent shower, it even included two dressing gowns and slippers and their main feature coloured lighting which was very entertaining. We would also recommend the bar which also has excellent service and great snacks, certainly worth paying a visit at the end of the day. I would be more than happy to stay here again and would recommend it as a place to stay for anyone looking for a good hotel in a great location with excellent service and good value for money this is well worth 5 stars.

Very cute retro renovation. Comfortable room and good location, but it was the breakfast (included in our rate) that was impressive.

Visit Milan for the first time with a friend. Have chosen Hotel Mediolanium. Well located close to the central Station, 8 MN Metro,. The room was very good Functional bathroom. Staff at the reception and bar very available, nice, enjoyed their good advice. Breakfast very decent. Thank you for your welcome.

Had a double room which was nice size and the bathroom was very nice and proper. Complimentary breakfast was very nice as well, has all the normal continental breakfast menu. The view wasn't as good though, so no point paying extra for that. It's not very far from the Central station, just follow the diagonal road, not the one that Google Maps tell you to. The neighbourhood is quite okay, nothing rowdy although at night you can hear quite well people talking by the sidewalk, so your sleep might be disturbed a little bit but not much.

Very welcoming and helpful staff in this small hotel. We used the tram (about 3 minutes from the front door of the hotel) and were in the centre of Milan in about ten minutes. Rooms were fine and breakfast was very good. The staff were happy to provide coffee at any time and the bar service was good. Some very good restaurants nearby. It is quite close to the Central Railway Station but be careful as this is not the station for travel to places outside of Italy. For inter country travel another railway station about 5 minutes further away called Porta Garibaldi is used for Paris for example.

Excellent hotel. Very nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. I guess it is one of the best in its category in that area of Milan close to the Statione Centrale.

The hotel is renovated with new, original decoration and excellent breakfast.
