Se prenotato in bassa stagione, può essere uno dei più economici alberghi a Milano, vicino alla stazione di Milano centrale e quindi pratico per chi arriva o parte in treno. Molto basic e spartano, ma il personale è gentile e disponibile. Alcune stanze hanno un bagno che lascia un po' a desiderare.
