We stayed in the double room last we, the impression I had on the quality of the property is a middle way: at the beautiful lobby entrance, very nice also the breakfast room, both new and bright, friendly staff, especially the blonde girl who is at the reception. The room was clean but I found the furnishings a little old to say it all: the bedside table from the side of my bed had obvious signs of burns, the bedspread a couple of holes, the mattress sank towards the center. From the point of view of the breakfast offer I have to say that nothing was missing, indeed, the buffet offers a wide choice and quality products (the croissants I must say they are special). As for the positioning, it is not really central, so much so that to get, for example, in the Navigli area you have to take a nice tour and to get to Central Station there is to make a generous ten stops with the metro. Probably more comfortable for those who have or rent a car rather than for those who move with the means. Half-recommended.

The friendliness and the availability of the staff have equal only the comfort of the places the benefits as the breakfast is up to our expectations.

POSITIVE
Very clean. Good mattresses. Very good access to transportation (train, bus, Metro) and cheap on the highway ring of Milan located. Ample free parking around the hotel. An adapter plugs for the Italian outlets was borrowed at the reception desk for the duration of the stay. The free Wi-Fi worked just fine.
NEGATIVE
Easiest, outmoded equipment. Very thin; in particular, if the neighbor used the toilet flushing, it dropped scared out of bed. No real bedding available, only a thin sheet with 2 blankets it was available. No heating in the very narrow bathroom. Mini breakfast room, little selection at breakfast.

Great friendliness and hospitality. The owner is really friendly. Hotel that reflects its 3 stars. Big breakfast. Clean rooms. I went there with some friends. Close to Metro, 10 minutes and you are in the Center.

Economico, but. You get what you pay for.

Pretty expensive for a 3 star hotel but in the media in Milan. Close to the train station and the ring road suffers some sleep already compromised by the terrible AC fan. Furnishings a bit outdated.

The value for money is good, ideal for short periods: one or two nights.
Non smoking rooms are actually such.
Only problem the lack of soundproofing between rooms.
