The rooms are a bit old, though finally some have removed the carpet. Always too hot, you can not lower the heating (maybe you get even to 25^). Great kindness from the service staff at breakfast.

I recommend it, yesterday we held a course and had a great time.
Room in order and available staff.
I also congratulate the catering, they had a lot of patience and waited for us even though we were late with The Times.

Very good service, nice rooms with all the necessary, very fair price. Easy to move around from that location.

Bad. Old structure, cleanse just enough. X hot water must be flowed x 5 minutes. You pay for the air conditioning separately (5th). Staff not nice. Breakfast in the norm, plentiful, but not very good.

To be returned. All very spartan but functional. Free parking as soon as you enter. Silent room. Extra air conditioning with 5 euros. There is no refrigerator, but you can buy a fresh bottle for 1 euro at the reception. Friendly staff.

Decent hotel on a budget. Clean rooms and quiet surroundings. Good location near a tram stop and free parking. We visited in June and our room was a bit hot and stuffy, so its a good idea to pay extra for air conditioning.

Well located Hotel with private parking. Good breakfast, double room dated and modernized while the modern and comfortable triple.

I stayed at this hotel 2 days and in both we were woken up to hammer blows and drill at 9am. 30 in the morning cause maintenance to the rooms. To take a hot shower it was necessary to leave the taps open for 10 minutes. Very good value for money Discouraged.

Good location, Staff speaks English, free parking. The toilet was broken, the breakfasts are at 3, the audibility from the adjoining rooms is great, one night will go to sleep.

Location is good, with free parking. City can be easily reached on foot or with tram. Rooms very loud, you here people walking on the floor better than if they were inside. No real door to the bathroom, just plastic foldable screen. Blankets without blanket cover (as in other Italian hotels) however they refused to give 2nd bed sheet to use as blanket cover with argumentation that we booked double bed, so we become only one bed sheet to cover with. No idea how they expect two persons to use two blankets without cover or with only one bed sheet. Breakfast as usual in Italy with mostly sweets. Only toasts for bread with very old toaster, lukewarm coffee.

The structure of the discrete and the breakfast was good the only negative very little attention from the x customer levels only… and anyway nice experience.

The hotel is very quiet and located in a place where you can move with The transport without any problem. Staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it now that it has a bit of years to stay here and I'll come back again.

For 70 euro you could find better in the bathroom with the mould room furnished with little taste.

Despite the Sun 2 star service and the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable good location close to transport and disposal have a nice private parking,
