We are still waiting for a refund from cancelling our booking over 3 1/2 months ago. We have received no response from the hotel via FB, What’s App, Messenger, Email. Do not recommend booking this hotel!

Amazing place and people.

The hotel was quite nice and good for the price, but one thing happened when I was visiting. On one day, our room was cleaned while we were out and when we arrived back, our room door had been left unlocked and visibly OPEN. Anyone passing by could have seen this, stepped inside and taken something. Luckily, nothing happened, but it still left us feeling strange. When I went to the front desk to tell them about it, they apologized and promised to look into it, but the feedback in general was rather mild.

Good cost benefit due to excellent location.

The location to dumo is great but is old and small room with a nice break fast the stuff is so great and kind there is a smile you won’t like.

Hotel itself is not half bad, kithen staff are extremely helpful and friendlyz rooms are clean and well kept. However, the reason for such a low rating is the fact that after big shopping day hotel maid decided to throw all of our shopping bags for no good reason. Inside those bags we had our tax free receipts that were worth about 600€. When I told receptionist they found the bags but no envelopes and no further actions were taken. Case of extreme incompetence and mismanagement of the hotel.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable in this hotel. The counter staff were also friendly and helpful. The location is very central to many sites. I found this hotel very noisy though. There seemed to be constant door banging throughout the night. Maybe the lift doors. So I wouldn't stay again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. This hotel was centrally located two blocks from the train station that takes you to the airport (Malpensa express). The hotel is on a side street so it is pretty quiet at night. The staff there are very helpful and pleasant. They will help book you on a tour and help print out your boarding passes. This hotel is nearby the City center. Duomo, Sforza Castle, and Last Supper. The breakfast is complimentary and great variety. You can get yogurt, croissants, cereal, omelet, scrabbled egg, hard boiled egg, rolls with jelly, and a variety of fruit. They offer tea, coffee, and orange juice. I would recommend this travel for business trip or vacation. The rooms are nice and clean and recently refurbished.

The hotel shines with its simple elegance. The rooms are very modern and always clean. The air conditioning works well. The breakfast was super tasty. Everyone in the hotel was friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and found the hotel to be of good quality. The rooms are spotless clean, bathroom was clean and functional. From this point of view I think it deserves 4 stars. Breakfast was just enough, coffee was fabulous way way better than any hotel breakfast coffee I have ever had. The room had just enough space, after all we only spent the nights inside. The hotel offers Wi-Fi, it's not free. This is OK, less people using it — better quality. The thing that was not OK tough is that the charge is 9EUR for 24 hours PER DEVICE. This is actually a rip-off. If I have 2 phones I have to pay for each of them. The location was perfect, close to Milan center. Read less.

This conveniently located hotel, 5 min walk from the Doumo but in a small street very quiet. Note that the hotel was recently renovated, and without being ostentatious is quite nice, the cleaning was very good, the breakfast buffet was varied and the staff were excellent. We had doubts by some old reviews, but the truth is that it would return. Nothing to do with the overall level of the Italian hotels that leave much to be desired.

Great value for money. Just a few steps from the Duomo.

I booked through an agency a triple. Upon arrival I was assigned one on the first floor (111)
before I find dirty walls, faulty damper Cabinet repaired with stucco, stucco and painted the walls with no repairs, dead and burned Lampshade, lamp frames around doors unglued and plinth detached from the wall.

the only recent thing was the TV. The change provides packets of bubble bath and other rooms which have synthetic flooring elegant bottles. Carpeted corridors unglued.
the vacuum stayed two days in front of my room before being taken away.
I ask to replace the room and I propose that the third floor wondering a surplus of € 140, 00 per day! reaching a total of about 250, 00 € per day as a four star hotel.

Spent two night is this little and cosy place right in the center of the city. Convenient, good priced and great service. The owner got me the tickets I was chasing for 4 weeks and made our stay pleasant. This place has nothing to do with the reviews I read about it. Highly recommended.
