I have been more than once at Fiorella and I have always felt at home!
The kindness of the staff is definitely a great selling point for the hotel, but in addition to this also the attention to the cleaning and the strategic location (the hotel is attached to the red subway) make it a great solution for everyone.
More than positive experiences at Fiorella, to try!

Very convenient hotel to get around the city centre, for those who follow the football a short walk from San Siro, turning the corner you can find the subway, who likes to walk, not too far from the center or the various worldly streets of Milan
Very nice room, very comfortable bed at the end of the day you rest your head and relax also because of the silence and privacy that you can enjoy, various comforts much appreciated.
The bathroom is as spotless as the rest of the room.
the real highlight of the property is the staff, always friendly, always ready to help you, makes you feel at home.
The first time I try this Hotel. I'll be back very willingly.

Hotels near the metro… useful to turn milan only with The Means! Clean rooms and polite and helpful staff. Value for money! I'll be back.

Small but well-groomed hotel, friendly and friendly staff, good breakfast with fresh cakes and freshly baked brioche, great especially the hood!
The clean room with shower chromotherapy (a cool one) will now be a fixed half every time I'm in Milan! Soon it's a big hug to Mr. Maximilian.

The staff is competent, polite and very disponobile. The location is spartan, a bit ' old, but clean I do not think it is worth the 100 euros per night paid even if I do not know the prices of Milan. 3 stars Maybe they're a little too many. 2e Half is more real.

Quite small Hotel, both for rooms as well as structure. Great place to shoot in the city and very close to the Duomo. Great breakfast.

One of the most cheap hotels in Milan but decent. It is in a very central street with metro station 100 meters from the hotel. The room was warm cozy guiet very clean and it had a very big double bed I loved it! The breakfast was not big and without variety…

The Staff is very friendly and the hotel is very close to the front floor of an old building with an inner courtyard.
The assigned rooms, while paying the same amount, were very different, a narrow with single bed, TV above the door, shower and small sink, and window, used as a fridge.
The other bigger, double bed, lower TV, bigger shower, but no bidet, but there was also the balcony.
The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room to hang clothes, and very surprising are the strobe lights applied to the faucets and to the shower.
Breakfast room small, only 12 places, but varied buffet breakfast, sweet and salty, with comfortable time (7-10), also convenient to check-out time at 11am. 30. Cold in the hallway when the sliding door remained open.

Very nice staff. The rest really poor for a double at €60 a night!
As soon as we arrived we changed the room because from the stench of smoke we could not enter, in the other they gave us, in addition to the smell of mildew, the window was broken so impossible to open for both light and clean air.
In the most very noisy as next to reception. I put two stars because the staff are really nice and qualified but unfortunately it is the only valid thing.

Quiet and family place in the center of Milan, courtesy and hospitality they do prefer to others in the area, and do not forget that it is very cheap, I will definitely return.

Hotel in a central location. Proceeded to the second floor of a building. Not very bright. Rooms to renovate. Quality Discreet price.

This hotel is not worth 3 stars! Only one or two rooms are nice to attract the customer! After 4 days wanting to book directly on site we were confined in an old room with a TV that was not working and a horrible bathroom of hotel without star! Their explanations are bogus! They play on the term economic chamber! Book Online well! A nice welcome person but when another younger took over it was a mess! Breakfast OK but all the pictures of the site deceptive! Do not recommend this hotel except to take a lot of precautions!

Friendly staff and fairly well location. The room and the bathroom are so small and the cleaning and room facilities are pretty poor. The free breakfast quality is very low, just stale cakes, even no cheeses or egg so we decided to have breakfast in cafes nearby.

Good location for reaching the city center. Shopping nearby. Accommodation sufficient.

It could work well if you're looking for a cheap alternative for hostels, but isn't a 3-star european standard whatsoever. Major flaws are: lacking AC, not enough breakfast area, no parking on the site and being quite loud in nights.

Good standard, very clean, everything you need. Only negative… room is quite small, especially the bathroom. But the staff have been more than helpful, friendly and very welcoming.

Rooms smell bad and the hotel is really small and tight. It is nonetheless super cheap.

Ugly little room, the window overlooked the trashcans and couldn't be opened. Only cool a cooler noisy like a spaceship.

Claustrophobic rooms to a good lunch at the limits of decency, good housekeeping and the professional courtesy of staff.
Too poor breakfast, might get something better from bar next door!

Horrible, rooms small, smelly and with broken half baths. Unprofessional staff that makes you lose a lot of time between paperworkwill forgetting as well if one paid tax or not. At night and early in the morning often is awakened by moans misunderstandings.

If you are looking for a quiet place just steps from metro and at acceptable;) is what you need.

Friendly staff and very close proximity to public transport. Good hotel for a citytrip. Rooms are small but okay. Our room had a moldy smell and only a small electrical heater with dodgy wiring. Overall value for money is good.

I booked to see beauty and the beast "at the national theatre and I used to stay at the Hotel Fiorella, located only 30 metres from the National Theatre, I had a great time, the hotel was recently refurbished is very nice and clean and the staff are helpful with any request we had.
For sure we will return to this hotel to see the Musical "Mamma Mia! " and recommending it to friends who have come to Milan.

We have been 4 days. Rooms nice, clean with quite big bathroom. Breakfast ok with capuccino, toast, etc. Excelent price and quality. Staff very friendly. Not very expensive. 50m from metro direct to Duomo, Nice street with commerces. At Via Buonaroti (50meters from hotel) Pizzeria DA WILLY, huge pizza very cheap, I really recomend this restaurant. Hotel Fiorella is a good choice for staying in Milano! (Fernando).
