Cancelled my booking less than 24hrs before arrival! What a terrible experience and what a Lowperformer management! Don’t book here or you have to expect that you strand in Milan! And Sergio…. Don’t send messages in which you confirm the arrival time when you know you have overbooked your place!

I would say enough.
The rooms unfortunately are not soundproof at all (you really feel everything from the nearby rooms as well as from the outside) and the cleanliness is not excellent. With this I do not mean that it is filthy but for example in the showers there is limestone, rust and the corners of the room and the bathroom are not very clean.
In any case, the rooms are livable and all in all clean (corners apart).
Not very comfortable but quiet location. A few steps away you can find supermarkets and many restaurants and pizzerias where you eat well besides of the garages to pay (almost impossible to find place in the surrounding streets).
The structure is on two floors and in the rooms upstairs there are also the electric shutters that guarantee the total darkness at night (as I like).
All rooms are quite large and with air conditioner (centralized), heating (centralized) and TV with electrical outlets more or less on each wall.
In the bathroom, the shower is nice big but the sink a little bit small.
Not suitable for disabled people as the rooms are either upstairs or lower so with stairs to do. The reception for example is on the lower level than the entrance.
In addition, in the condominium garden there is no driveway but land and pebbles.
The structure looks like new and tastefully decorated, the staff are friendly and polite but as mentioned before, it could be kept much better with a little effort.
