Great location for the station, close enough to the center. Very friendly staff who meet the demands of the clientele. Kitchen simple and with certain mistakes. The breakfast is well organized and prepared.
The double room is great for size and furnishings.
Very uncomfortable for wheelchairs or strollers, many and too many steps. Fire doors are a nice flaw, the beaded frame on the floor makes two out of three stumble.

Really pitiful restaurant. With regard to food, it can be said that it is simply vomitable. The dishes are not served to each by the waiters, but are brought to the table of the trays from which the guest must use. At the table was brought a bottle of water already open that someone had started drinking, in fact the liquid filled only half of the bottle. Overall the service was really bad.

The room was defined by the same receptionist a "closet". This presupposes the awareness by the staff of the hotel that the rooms offered are of low level. The room that I was offered was in a corridor from which you can access the dining room, so it is adjacent to the kitchens. This is, in my opinion, anomalous and makes sensible doubts about the attention that this "hotel" reserves to the clientele. — Presence of only 3 towels in place of the classic 4 (classic towels, intimate towels, shower towel and floor mat) ;

Front station was one of the few free. I thought I heard the trains but instead you sleep well and wake up ina good breakfast.

Very bad, it is welcomed as if it bothered the presence of guests. The room was smelly I think for problems with drains, old furnishings, parking is an extra, they offer half a liter of water. But only for the first day! In short, to avoid!

Si respira qualcosa di speciale in questo Hotel. E' un "luogo" in cui riposare e stare bene. La peculiarità architettonica in cui sono immerse le stanze lo rende forse unico. Pulizia cortesia gentilezza a tutte le ore. Professionalità impeccabile. Colazione? A mio parere è come anticipare il pranzo.

Simple and basic hotel. Mantua is a beautiful city, and this is a cheap hotel and close to the center. Do not expect whirlpool or hyper modern rooms, but it is ideal if you want to give you a holiday in Mantua spending little. Simple but clean environment. As first view from the outside ugly enter and you are in a courtyard of houses remodeled and characteristic and beautiful to view the rooms also there and all the essentials are a bit sad with STI copeiletto of dark red velvet pero ' for a couple of nights okay.

After having made telephone agreements with a certain Mattia if I am not mistaken, and set a cost of €60 for a double room with bed and breakfast included, I went to the hotel and I was greeted by two people, who in a grumpy and arrogant way I They put in front of a choice, that is, OH pay €80 for the same, or arrangirmi and probably sleep out since previously I had already contacted other hotels without finding any availability.
Nothing to say about the comfort of the room but we heard many loud noises in the first morning.

A good Place in front of the rail station, good price and a huge breakfast included. I really liked it. The room was very clean and confortable.

If I could give zero I would. I needed to use the toilet as everything was locked at the station. The unfriendliness of the staff is hardly to be surpassed. Something outrageous. Warning for everyone on friendliness.
