A real surprise… Star food, with the possibility for those who want to "clean up" to have a diet without giving up the flavor. The setting is welcoming and the staff friendly. The Private SPA with sauna, steam room and hot tub is a real cure-all. Massages and wellness rituals performed professionally by the staff.

The stay turned out to be excellent both by the owners and the excellent food staff great service to the excellent food table cleaning exactly as expected I feel regenerated.

I had a coffee in company on the front porch. Good coffee and pleasant service.

Simple place where we were very welcome. They make real efforts to speak French and put us at ease. Family kitchen and hearty. Very Jolie Region.

I can't praise the food and service at Albergo Sala enough. My 83 year old mother and I have been staying at an apartment near Valbrona — and not wanting to drive the twisty narrow roads after dark (and possibly a glass or two of wine) we asked our host for a suggestion for restaurant and taxi. What we got was the proprietor Lorenzo himself coming to pick us up and drop us home every evening for 4 nights. The food also was lovely — archetypal Italian fare, deceptively simple, but simply delicious. There are a small number of choices — but everything was wonderfully tasty. All the people involved are just delightful, and I'm sorry I couldn't eat there every night forever. Grazie Lorenzo e famiglia per un esperienza che non si dimentica.

Good clean basic accommodation situated 20 minutes drive from the lake, with comfortable bed. The food in the evening was freshly prepared & good sized portions. Breakfast was basic, but all fresh breads & good freshly made coffee.

Its a family run with love and the guest are treated like family. When I have the opportunity to come back I will stay here.

Beautiful hotel with spa, wellness, in the middle of Lake Como in the verdant Valbrona. Close to the beautiful lüf pub.

Booked by phone, tuned in one way and in the end was anything but.
Discreet room with cobwebs, spa full of mold everywhere!
In the Turkish bath you could not breathe from the smell of mildew that was inside it!
During the spa on site it was written that they would bring us fresh fruit and the hot never seen.
The breakfast is very good
You can't deny that the food in the dinner was good and the staff very friendly.
What if my husband and I back? NO, absolutely!

The SPA is good. Absolutely try the salt tank.

L' hotel nn has nothing in particular, however, have a Spa, small but well-curated that offers packages very nice with a small path, surrounded by the herbal teas and fruit, very intimate and tours with friendly and attentive service. The innkeepers are very kind.

We decided to take a mountain tour and booked 3 adults and one child one night. Arrived at the place we found the staff very friendly and fin them all well. The problem arose arrived in room N 5. Entering the room the scenario was the following:-Dirt floor full of dust with blood stains under the bed that the child playing and going under the bed came out with knees full of dust so much that I got nervous, I fell down asking the Owner a rag expressing my contempt for the dirty floor and he handed me 2 rags (the ones for the floor) x wash on the floor and I took the mop. I had to wash the floor myself.
-Once you get out of the hotel on our way back to the 17 rises another problem: the heater was off and as a result the room was cold. I fell back down asking for explanations and the owner turned on the heater (which however at about 21 o'clock was off again and the room was not sufficiently heated), once the heater started working my partner and the baby are Went to take a shower discovering that the complimentary shower foam was only for 2 people and not for 4. Opening the shower cubicle in the soap door there was an old dry blue sponge (and could not be new as it was not in its own packaging) probably belonging to the guest before us which had to be removed at cleaning time before check in. Entering the shower and opening the water at the beginning was hot but after a minute he and the baby found themselves to take a shower lukewarm, colder than lukewarm.

This was an impromtu booking and we were delighted. The room was simple but clean and room to move with a very nice bathroom. It is a family run business and they were all welcoming and friendly. We had a beautiful meal in a lovely dining room and on departure were given a bottle of wine to take with us. We would recommend this hotel.

Clean and tidy is a quiet place to stay.

I admit, I had never been in Valbrona, but claims that one cannot know everything. Yesterday evening I discovered a simple place, made of simple people, kind, happy, and still believe that being together, sharing a moment of joy is a precious gift, as the friendship, the true one, that of a person to find maybe after a year and nothing has changed. Yesterday I rediscovered the joy of being with my little Miss, were 5 years old that was missing from these events, but as soon as I saw them, with their big eyes wide open to the world, waiting for this to unveil their life, it was immediately love, joy, empathy, and it was beautiful to be with them, listen to their doubts, their dreams. Then the fashion show is a moment that flies away, and all have flaunted their most beautiful smile, I was looking from the top of the stage walking on the catwalk, some more secure some less, but all certain to live a magical moment and to have found new friends. Thanks to all of you my miss, I was fine with you. Thanks to Valbrona for the reception.

The hotel room is small but comfortable, I really enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the food was good, the room was small but cozy. I enjoyed their Spa.
