If you are planning on staying at this hotel during the summer don’t. The air conditioning barely works and the rooms stay very hot. The manager doesn’t care and has attitude. Also it takes him days to respond to a complaint and takes no responsibility. Many other hotels on lake with working air conditioning and at lower prices.

Charming as a place, but difficult to reach (access is from the third floor of the hotel Promessi Sposi). The houses, in the nordic style, are a true punch in the eye.

Spectacular place from which you can enjoy a unique and impressive view of lake Como. Aperitif in the media.

Hotel design, beautiful view, staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast, excellent product but not too much choice. Rooms with deco-purist, the lack of a bedside lamp. I adored this Hotel. I recommend for a romantic stay, relaxing (without child).

The rooms on the ground floor have absolutely no privacy, people walking in the garden can easily look inside having the huge glass walls. The room is tiny and I wanted to measure it (3 x 3.35 meters, ie 10 sqm), the size by law ASL are not those of a double room for two people (ie 14mq), in fact in the room there are no closet and chairs, in the bathroom there is no bidet (I found it in hotels in 2 stars), access to the room is claustrophobic… through a niche/burrow wide 75cm (the minimum width of a corridor is 100cm). To obscure these large glazed walls there are huge venetian blinds that move horizontally closing by book on the tracks (this means that the room neighbor wakes up at 7 and you wake up accordingly from the cumbersome noise).
Cost 110 euros for two people without breakfast (and you think that this price is discounted because the room would cost 160-170 euros).

The structure is very beautiful, immersed in the green. Very good breakfast. I don't give 5 stars because I expected a bit more from the suite.

The room is a vault. Very small, there is barely a bed, no chairs or bedside tables. No closet to put the two jackets. The bathroom was dirty. I was very disappointed. The view is very beautiful.

Excellent service, the room was very clean and tidy. The views are amazing. The room has splendid windows at about 270 degrees of sight. Modern architecture, very good taste. The breakfast has a very decent range of options, really good. Small place and very cozy. There's parking space just outside of the hotel.

Nice IDEA… and STOP!
We stayed two nights at this property, from 15/08 to 17/08. The idea
of an immersion in nature had intrigued us
Unfortunately, despite the kindness of the staff, only 2 people!, our experience proved to be negative
Conceptually studied to appease the eye the structure proved to be weak in the practical details
The room closed by glass windows on the garden did not offer the privacy decanted in the brochure, the glasses not mirrored outside made visible the interior and the occupants to other guests who enjoyed the garden
So either privacy with all the curtains closed or panorama with this inconvenience
The Wi-Fi did not work all the first day and on the second day we were assigned another account that worked at hiccups
The bathroom, pleasant at the first impact proved poorly studied in practice, taking a shower, even carefully, we stood with the feet in the bathroom to the sink
No support in the shower room to support the bubble bath
The whole maybe you could endure as a field scout experience, certainly not at the requested price, and paid, of seven hundred euros for two nights.

Amazing rooms, fantastic views, friendly staff and silent nights with a view over Lecco, great for a get away or just for a night to relax.

Super funky, very small and personal. Fantastic dinner served in the honesty kitchen. Good selection of wines, reasonable prices. Very comfy bed by the way!
