Lots of wasted potential! Modern, quite new and spacious apartments at Cadenabbia di Griante. The Management is kind of difficult to contact by phone and email response times vary. During our six day stay there was no cleaning, no new towels, no taking the trash out etc. You pay almost 100€ for it, but it's all done after your check-out. The cleaning price is also the same no matter how long you stay. We had a great view to Lago di Como and all the most relevant services were nearby (a grocery shop, restaurants, the pools, the bus stops, the harbor). This is not a 5-star accommodation, but easily I would rate it 4 stars without many inconveniencies we had, beside the ones I already mentioned. (a temporary apartment fot the first night without A/C, a missing TV remote, a broken toaster, an attempt to charge more than was agreed) I'm sorry to be honest…
➜ We spent the last of the year in this residence, we were in 14 divided into 4 apartments and with an age between 22 and 26 years. The apartments were very nice and spacious, furnished in a modern way. We also participated in the dinner of 31, very abundant, with some dishes better than others. In General a great experience!

Stayed in room 705. Very spacious and modern apartment with an amazing view of Lake Como and Bellagio. Bed was comfortable. Hotel has an optional all inclusive for various restaurant across 2 hotels that’s makes it worth it. The infinity pool is great to relax and unwind. Only annoyances was delayed check in because apartment wasn’t ready and parking during check in/out is difficult because no where to stop. Hotel has very limited paid parking but there is a free parking lot very close. Great place and would stay there again.
