I was at the agreed hotel in July 2018. Strengths the staff really nice and good value for money. I didn't really like my room, quite old and a bit lacking in maintenance despite paying extra for the "superior" room. The paid internal garage is safe but it is very difficult to maneuver inside because of the many columns.
Good breakfast and nice outdoor space.
Do not expect fire and flames but a clean and honest place to spend a quiet night.

Really a nice place! I stayed overnight in this hotel ahead of the furniture fair and found myself really great, friendly staff, spacious and clean room, not to mention the hearty breakfast and with yummy products! I've been a regular customer since April! Soon guys!

Reservation immediately cancelled when the person explained to us that it was necessary to pay €9 extra to sleep with our 6 month old baby in the same bed. We are more than 15 nights in different hotels and we have never been charged a surcharge for this presence or if supplement only for the use of an umbrella bed. I highly recommend for families.

Expectations were fully met. Four star country category fits. Location by car great. To Milan by train from the train station in the village is possible without any problems. Rooms clean and tidy. Equipment as described. Breakfast buffet plentiful. Everything always fresh. Everything is refilled. Staff helpful and very friendly. We'll be back.

Small, but really nice hotel, 4 stars well deserved, courtesy strengths, breakfast and safe inside parking.
Only problem: I arrived during the week when the air conditioning was not going and opening the window to get some air I could not close my eye because of screams and blasphemies of the people outside the building and unfortunately my last room It was a little small.
Value for money more than great, if you want an advice book directly calling to get discounts on extended nights. You will surely answer a polite and helpful voice.

For the stately prices the rooms are absolutely stemming, also there is no Engegenkommen in any form. Even if the problems come from the hotel.

A lot of courtesy, large spotless rooms, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, chromotherapy in shower, varied and abundant buffet breakfast with BIO and gluten free corner. Hotel absolutely recommended.

Made this reservation because it was advertised to be close to Como. Within 15 minutes I realized how far away it actually was and attempted to cancel. They refused to give me a refund and also charged me 35 Euro to PROCESS the cancellation. Now im out almost $100 for a hotel I never even stayed at. Their refund policy is ridiculous and a complete scam. After reading some of the reviews apparently it's not even that nice of a hotel as advertised. Do not trust this place at all. They obviously do not care about proposed guests, just taking their money and ripping off students.

Great hotel well situated well clean and cared for in the details nice and caring staff I even booked the transfer from Milan to the hotel. Great breakfast I recommend compliments.

Excellent customer service always from arrival to checkout. Cozy hotel with nice rooms. Delicious breakfast and especially croissants. I would definitely recommend!

Having worked around the world far and wide, I have visited many hotels and I have to be honest, the Concorde is a hotel that seen from outside could mislead you as soon as you walk in the front door you are in a high standard hotel, very nice staff and impeccable service.

Fine hotel in centre of small city Gerenzano, just few kilometres from Milano. It's modern hotel with kindly stuff, clean rooms and safe parking.

We were looking for a place to sleep not very far from the highway to ' break up ' the holiday trip and found much more. Very friendly Staff, clean and comfortable room, brand new bathroom and well assorted breakfast. Very useful private parking at the basement at the cost of a few euros, allowed me to leave the car charged and to download only the necessary one night. Well kept the back yard, a small oasis with hammock and swings. We'il definitely see you again.

The staff was very helpful Very good breakfast and clean. It is true that some (but only some) of the rooms are a bit outdated. But, on the other hand, it would also be unrealistic to expect every hotel to renew its décor every year.

Nice place to stay, parking and the train station to milano is near, train takes 45 min to milan cardona.

Lovely hotel! Very nice bathroom good comfortable beds! The wall was a bit thin and when you have noise neighbors you can hear! Staff was excellent!

Very friendly / nice personal. Rooms have everything you need and they are clean Modern style. Everything is very fine in here.

Very cold. The heating was off in days with 14 Celsius and much colder nights. When they turned on the heating, it was too noisy to sleep. Otherwise, is a hotel with very used furniture. Seem to have a strong cost efective management. As an example, they don't change the little bottle of shampoo unless is finished. In this case… the next day you have to use the rest from a half empty little bottle. Very dissapointing.

I have been there today staff very nice great breakfast and plenty of clean rooms…

My husband and I even stayed at the Concorde Hotel in Gerenzano, very warm welcome, the service at the top, the staff is at small care for its guests and responsive, the hearty and excellent breakfast, the rooms are very clean, more attractive prices, We strongly recommend it.

Small hotel on the provincial road, the first thing they asked me to pay the bill of the room alleging that it is the practice. Small room, 70 years old bed with bad mattress. Only good thing the bathroom redone recently. Good breakfast with nice person. Internal parking only after paying 5 euros. Hotel with 4 stars minibar empty, roller shutter in the room that did not close. I don't add more.

The room very well clean, bathroom new, everything OK if it were not for the air conditioning that looked like a tractor, impossible to sleep!

Great hotel we used it enroute to sorrento hadn't booked anything found it by mistake turned out to be a really good hotel great breakfast and close to motorway good value too would definitely use again and recommend to anyone! Staff were very friendly aswell.

Paid 5 euro extra for cleaning the room in that c was the dog … bad idea we don't get more.

Room was small, and smoky. Wifi was decent though. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, but okay overall.

Hard to find hotel 4 stars so cheap … Is an excellent choice to find a reception open even late at night … the rooms are clean but the furniture is old and the bathrooms should be rejuvenated. The price is therefore proportional to the quality.

From a four-star hotel, I have a completely different expectations! The entrance to the hotel is dark and needs a Renovation. The room is probably a Smoking room. As for me being a non-smoker, very disturbed. The decor is simple and unfriendly. Toilet/shower should once again be renovated. The shower is broken. A shower in the Morning, I gave gladly. The water was cold! The rooms are very clairaudient. A tour guide of a larger Asian group, woke up at 05: 45 clock not only his wards! The heating was poorly set and not possible to change. For Breakfast there is nothing I can say. It was in the high price is not included. Important! Price/performance is clearly not. 2 stars would be appropriate and I would have nothing to complain about.

Clean, modern, fully equipped. Friendly staff, excellent value for money. Really comfortable and strategic position (immediately on exit at Saronno more comfortable x attractions).

We went to the school to see the Expo on 18, the 19e on May 20, 2015 and this is the hotel where we spent 3 days and 4 nights. Although schools are often treated badly by the hotels here nn happened. The rooms were beautiful there was free Wi-Fi and good food. Not the 1° is called camposcuola which I did but this is one of the best hotel I have visited 5 stars deserve!

It's really cute, the owners are very kind, location is central. The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast very good. Excellent value for money.

Good hotel rooms more than adequate considering the price per room very small (less than 50 euros for a room for two people during the period when I stayed)
Good breakfast with wide choice on both the sweet and the savory. Good quality products.
