Crappy Hotel, food ditto, and the master is very clean, I was going to leave him not recommend, other than 3 stars the blankets not the year changed in three days the rooms do not talk about it.

Positive Aspects: + Wi-Fi + Balcony (large, covered) + shower very classy (Slightly small) + good Location (lake + City) + large television in Lobby negative aspects vault not functional-air conditioning not functional (is nevertheless cool in the Room) fool very outdated-10 P. M. Closure of the Lobby.

There are no words to describe the crap in the room… I had to "sleep" in a chair because in the bed there were insects and then food we do not talk about it, there are croissants for packaged, coffee is water and jams are rock. The manager then did not welcome us on duty and did not make any requests and to finish it he wanted to charge €40 to let them clean them. This is not a hotel but a dump!

The Hotel is not to be called a 3 star rating on several points. Arrived in the room we find stained and dirty blankets, we ask to change them but "the sheets are counted" so we had to wait for them to wash and after time they returned cleaner but still not enough to sleep in quiet. The staff were very rude, the receptionist acted as a waiter and bartender. The restaurant was located in another subsidiary structure away from the hotel. We were kicked out of the rooms because the receptionist had to go to serve at the restaurant so had to close the hotel. The same was not present during the night leaving the building unattended, fortunately we had no problems at night or who we would have turned? Poor breakfast and not good. The jams had expired but were served the same. Since we were a group the bartender refused to prepare US coffee at the bar but he filled a jug of coffee prepared in a dirty mocha since the same smelled. To end the stay there was rude withdrawn the bail for crumbs on the ground justing with "We must call someone to clean if it is dirty" proving the fact that they do not clean the rooms after each night as a 3 star hotel should Do. I've been in hostels that were 100 times better than this. Not recommended.

Nice hotel, kindly staff, enough breakfast, best Espresso, best cappuccino, the room and the bathroom are tidy, bed good, airconditional, an elevator will bring you from downstairs to upstairs and back. I'll pass again.

The Hotel is pretty much how I expected it. Sure, it's not the 5-Star Villa with own Spa but it's clean and the Staff is very polite. Also the Hotel has just a few rooms, which makes the athmosphere very familiar. The breakfast is not too big but the coffee is great. And there is Wi-Fi and Air condition in every room.

We were with the class there, and I can only say alone or to 2. Never totally come down. And nothing has worked, no air conditioning, or the same just a total letdown for private vacationers.

Where should I start from the Service to the air conditioning… The service is really bad is not right to wish and to private things. The air conditioning was off easy, with very hot temperatures and you can't guests be turned on again. It also cools down you little, and the water of the air conditioning runs just over the balcony. On the whole, the Hotel is not to recommend.
