I was at Miramonti to spend 2 days with my wife out of the daily chaos, a big surprise, very nice, clean and welcoming property, right from the start we were put in a position to enjoy the services it offers, very nice staff, great quality food and Lombard tradition. Fantastic spa, made specifically to unplug and dedicate moments of relaxation to your body, I really recommend those who want to feel at home the Hotel Miramonti.

What a great hotel. From start to finish staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Every aspect of our interactions from the owner to the waiter was polite and professional. Room was big, clean and everything we required, bathroom also large, clean and modern. Views are spectacular, area is nice for a getaway, quite walks in a village type format, nothing too exciting round here. Parking is a little tight but again the staff will park your car if required and hold your key if it needs moving. Spa had plenty to do and is a real suntrap, we didn't have any treatments but used all the facilities, apples and green tea on tap. Overall just a great experience in a great hotel, nothing to complain about that's for sure.

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. One downfall, about 45 min to an hour and half drive to get to como lake. Must have a car and you need to be very careful as you drive up the mountain at night.

Not too crowded despite 14 August so satisfied with the service offered.

Found great polenta taragna with porcini mushrooms and Valdostana
Other typical Bergamo dishes are also available.
Average prices for a Spa but not excessive.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to meet every need. Truly exceptional spa, clean and provided with all the comforts necessary to enjoy a day of pure relaxation. Clean and welcoming room although actually from the photos available on booking I would have expected it to be bigger. In any case very nice and with a huge shower box! Breakfast rich and quality, with availability of sweet and savory products really great.

Very nice spa. Harvested and clean environment. Very good food. I just tried the wellness path. Just a couple of notes: the parking is a bit too small (I suppose it's reserved for Spa customers but, although there weren't a lot of people, the parking was full) and we had to park not far from there. Last note : the doors of the changing rooms are like "saloon" doors and in my opinion are not exactly discreet… For the rest, it is broadly satisfied.

Excellent reception already from the recently renovated reception (like most of the rooms). Staff available to please — as far as possible — customers.
Fantastic kitchen and competent staff, professional but able to establish a friendly human relationship with customers.
Possibility of special culinary requests if the menu does not meet the specific needs of the guest.
From the bar, dining room and much of the bedrooms you can enjoy the view of the valley below, especially in the higher floors.
Three floors below the bar is a cozy SPA.
The silence is a rule upstairs to guarantee to those who enjoy a massage or a treatment to do it in total relaxation.
The same rule favors those who want to read a book by testing a hot herbal tea or even just resting on deckchairs or water beds.
Possibility to book treatments and massages that can be carried out both in single and couple cabins.
Very competent and qualified staff from the receptionist and head of the spa to the masseurs (both men and women).
Last but important detail attention to the cleanliness of the premises and the rooms.

I brought my partner here as a birthday surprise using a smartbox. Impeccable service, comfortable rooms with modern design, rejuvenating spa and exceptional restaurant with a wide choice of wines and typical dishes of excellent quality. It was a wonderful experience!

A stay in the mountains with a view of the valleys. Nice hotel, although a bit ' dated ', would in fact need a refresh as far as the upholstery a bit worn and the carpets on the stairs. Good cleaning. The SPA offers hydro-massages, saunas and Turkish baths, as well as herbal teas and water and fruit always available. Possibility to combine the stay also with a half board in the hotel restaurant, where you can taste typical products and not, even in bathrobe!

When my husband and I discovered this place in 2013, we return timely each year! And each time is a'great experience! L'hotel is located in one of the most panoramic points of the valley, which is a true spectacle, and it is a perfect marriage between the simplicity that puts you at ease, also thanks to the great courtesy of all the staff, and the great elegance of the rooms, great attention to detail and always perfectly clean! Great the spa, the restaurant, the icing on the cake! A true corner of paradise on earth… try it to believe it!

From first moment when we walked in to the hotel, we felt that we are most welcome. Staff was very friendly and also very suportiv by each other what was nice. For me it's important. You could just feel that there is so much love and caring in this hotel. They really were family. Highly recommend for quiet relaxing and romantic weekend.

If you want to relax your mind and do good to your body is the right place. It is difficult sometimes to find such service, cleanliness, customer care, good food all in the same place. You will feel pampered! And especially do not miss their messages in the SPA center.

Great! A mini mini holiday of a single night and a day at the Spa… but it was awesome! Nice and spacious room with a view of the valley. Bathroom with double shower cubicle. Bathrobes and towels for the SPA found in the room. Bed maybe a little too hard for my liking… but the next day in the whirlpool you forget your back pain! Breakfast buffet (and you find everything). Dine at delicious Gritti Restaurant! With live piano music. Definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again!

The spa is very welcoming, there are many relaxation areas and a nice dining area with fruit and herbal teas. The pools are warm and cozy, the intimate and comfortable sauna and the Turkish bath has a relaxing music in the background. It is ideal for a relaxing day with great view of the valley.

We arrived yesterday in the early afternoon, we took advantage of the package Wonderboox. The spa is very nice clean and cared for, ditto X the room, staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was great, buffet x breakfast well stocked with quality products. Experience to be redone and recommended.

Nice Hotel is very clean. Friendly and welcoming owners. Small but adorable Spa. Great food and pretty rich portions. 4 stars just because the view is not that great, but this does not depend on the hotel.

Beautiful. The spa contained but very pretty, good restaurant all very nice and helpful and the room very nice with a nice balcony overlooking the panorama, too bad for the season because the weather in February was not the best, it would have been even nicer to enjoy in Spring. The only real flaw is that despite the winter month in the room the night was dying of heat so much that it had slept without blanket and without pajamas.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 1 night in the superior design room and it is very nice and clean like everything else in the hotel! The spa is very pretty and comes with everything. Turkish bath sauna herbal tea relaxation area and swimming pool with hydro massages. The restaurant is very good and offers an extensive menu. Recommended!

Scenic family run hotel and Spa. Staff were very good and the level of clenliness is exceptional. Visited the spa which looks amazing but didn't have the time to use. Ate in the Pina pizza restaurant just in the village (part of the hotel) staff were great but it would of helped if we knew more Italian. Breakfast was continental style delicious and plentiful. You won't be disappointed. Great stay and will be planning a return trip.

I would definitely recommend it. Very friendly and quiet place. The view is excellent and the resort offers several possibilities of hiking in the middle of the natural. Beautiful room very spacious with a large bathroom, 2 days in the SPA with sun terrace that gives on the valley, really relaxing. Cuisine: Excellent, homemade casoncelli and pappardelle, even bread and sticks made by them. Recommended.

Really very nice structure. We were guests for one night with a package purchased through their site which also included dinner at the restaurant and breakfast in the room. The room was really beautiful, attic wood and whirlpool with chromotherapy next to the bed. The Terrace with table and chairs allowed us to have breakfast lounging in the quiet of the valley. We also tapped the spa and took the opportunity for a massage for which I also did check out the compliments to the guy who I have to say in that half hour (the only one available) dissolved the stress of months. Lovely service from arrival to departure. Very special restaurant, delicious and very nice menu with many flavors of the area, a great winery and also here a really good service. I have already started to suggest it and, although in the country there is virtually nothing, I still think to come back in order to pull the plug.

It is now a key milestone during the year to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I've been with my girlfriend for five years and every time it's always a pleasant experience. The staff are nice and courteous, the rooms are gorgeous and the spa is the icing on the cake. The restaurant offers local dishes but above all it has an excellent wine list that keeps you updated.

A hidden gem. Attention to detail is superb. The bed excellent, the food delicious and the views are unbelievable. We are so happy we stayed here.

My family and I have just spent four days at the Hotel Resort & Spa Miramonti and I can't rate the place highly enough. The staff are amazing and friendly and the whole ambience of the hotel is upmarket but family orientated. The food is of a very high standard but is amazingly good value for money. The rooms are lovely, bright and clean and if it's possible ask for one with mountain views which are breathtaking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and the whole family are looking forward to returning there soon.

The hotel has a beautiful and complete spa, ideal for relax much more than other spas that are often overcrowded.
the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The dishes especially the latter are mostly local, but all the food is nice and delicious, so I would recommend the place just for lunch or dinner.
The recently renovated rooms offer every comfort, clean and bright.
Also the prices are not exaggerated, in fact I recommend it to many people who want to make a weekend or even a day spa.
I went there several times and will definitely be staying here again because I was really satisfied.

The Park below the hotel offers huge potential.

I've been in this relaxing place, my fiancee's birthday.
The pool of the SPA is a must do, especially in the winter. Because you can go out to ' always open inside the heated thanks to an ingenious system that makes you go out without loss of heat inside the structure.
The kitchen is wonderful (ravioli with truffle must try) and cleaning is absolute.
The best though is the courtesy of the staff; always present for any questions that you may have.
Highly recommended and I would definitely go back.

Awesome spa and hotel. Located in the mountains of Italy in a small town. Excellent service, and great breakfast. The owners also have a pizzeria up the street which is fantastic for dinner.
