Quiet hotel, a few steps from the motorway exit and the amusement park "leolandia". Excellent welcome, kindness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms complete everything.

Very close to the park of Leolandia… spacious and beautiful rooms. Staff. We will definitely be back.

The kitchen is yummy. The reception is also the Top. All extraordinary.

I have reserved rooms here for colleagues visiting from offices in other countries back in the early 2000’s. I recently came back to visit and finally had the chance to stay here. It’s a fun, unique hotel. The staff and hospitality are exceptional. It’s safe and very convenient to the motorway as well as small villages where you will find excellent restaurants!

We have been for the second time and definitely will be there the third time. All great (this time we had a fairytale room for my daughter Thanks to Ms Gabriella).

Grotesque hotel. Here every object is apple green and there are apples both on the ground and in the hotel's soches. I didn't want to believe it! Cleaning ladies spray apple deodorants. Obviously! Otherwise large and clean rooms, staff not always well disposed. The mattress was so hard it created discomfort in the back!

Great hotel with huge underground parking and large outside. The staff were very friendly and friendly. The Rooms are in modern or classic style, I stayed in the Classic area. I don't know if it's a availability of every room but in mine there were 2 free bottles of water. The hotel is convenient both to visit the area and as accommodation after a day at a nearby amusement park for boys and children. Affordable.

The staff is very courteous, our room spacious and very comfortable, bed at 1 square and a half. The bathroom comes with everything you need, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, disposable cobblers and shampoo/foam bath. There is also a small children's play area. Very close to the motorway exit and very close to Leolandia (750 meters)

Really nice hotel.
Looking for a hotel near Leolandia is seen the proximity I chose.
It turned out super, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom shining with even hot tub shower.
The hearty breakfast is with a coffee to make envy at the best bar in the area.

Very lovely place! Nice atmosphere, good staff, tasty kitchen. It is a child zone there, very clean nice rooms, buetifull territory. Want to come here again!

I booked into this motel on a visit to a nearby children's theme park.
The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.
I don't know if it's a availability of all the rooms but in the one where I stayed there was a comfortable yacuzzi.
The very hearty and varied breakfast was the perfect conclusion to a pleasant stay.
The dishes offered for dinner at half board were not much as assortment nor as quality.
In any case I highly recommend it.

Nice, big, clean room. Garage for your car. Excellent and not expensive a la carte menu. In fact we found out that food is better and cheaper in the hotel than in some nearby restaurants. Very good breakfast with all the variety of food. They have nice and tidy childrens play room. Perfect location to visit Leolandia! Nice and helpful staff on the reception. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. For sure we will come back!

No language issues, extremely clean and good sized room. Breakfast was fine and staff excellent. Didn't try the pricey looking restaurant.

Very Nice, clean and great food. I took the baby to Leolandia and D I stayed Thursday 24 and Friday 25/05. Great everything, including breakfast, plentiful and everything. The staff of absolute level! I will definitely go back!

4-star hotel… Or rather the desire of a 4 star… A 3 star… Old room… Broken safe — wardrobe that unmounts A-they sold me a double X a triple in fact all the services were x two people but look we paid x three people-we tried to shower/bath green water and pool full of pescolini. Blacks-tried to remedy with a free breakfast or dinner x the child free (the children eat little) and the last the most shabby with a bottle of two euros of red wine… All Beautiful.

Dated but comfortable triple room. Improved sound proofing for planes and traffic.

Unique spacious and clean room flaw the front door that vibrated when other people were passing by. The bed is comfortable and in the bathroom there was everything from the toothbrush to the slippers. Very much like the 2 bottles of water and the complimentary chewing gums. Very good location.

Really nice place, everything works like it should, big and comfy beds, not really crowded even do it's literally a few steps away from the them park.

Don't believe the good reviews, this motel is awful. The terrible experience starts when entering the area. It's a depressing industrial area with an awful stench in the air. The motel is right next to toll gates too. The only positive was our room being spacious. There was a similar burning stench emanating from the bathroom which I pinpointed as being the heated towel rail. The halls are covered in green carpet and this along with other factors makes it an unpleasant place to be. I wanted to leave soon after arriving. There was one other positive, the variety of the breakfast. It's a horrible motel in a horrible area. No idea how it's classed as 4 star! Don't be fooled like we were.

Nice and clean rooms. I don't like the carpet and the mini bar is for a fee. Lower price than other standard Euro 52. Convenient because close to the highway, Leolandia and the village of Crespi.

PRO — Quiet — located a few hundred meters from the highway exit and a few miles from the Live Club, my destination on the occasion of this short one-night stay.
— Excellent Staff in terms of efficiency and courtesy.
— Spacious room, very clean, comfortable and functional.
— Top accessories, including chamber slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste (in sealed packaging).
— not great Wi-fi, but also functional for viewing non-HD videos on YouTube.
— Free private outdoor parking, but covered, just outside the front door of the room.
— excellent, varied, and plentiful international breakfast.
— Excellent value for money (80 euro with promotional rate and on-line booking) against: — Absolutely nothing to report.

I think not worth 4 star dirty carpet dirty rooms old bathrooms. I was one day changing 3 rooms. The first one felt the very annoying ticks during the night the second idem the third was fine at first though then the lights didn't work anymore. Air conditioning which while Spengendola was on its own. A star for the proximity to Leolandia, large breakfast although industrial pastries. 129 Euro One Night.

High level hotel, unfortunately with some shortcomings in the bathroom, with problems in the use of the bidet and the shower, also the bed, albeit of 2 squares and a half, appeared not really comfortable, with two means United mattresses. Finally the reservation implied a room for 2 adults and two children, but there was only one bed for the children. Overall though the level and staff were more than good, indeed really friendly and courteous staff.

I slept one night here with the family as they switched to the amusement park for children which is a few hundred yards away. Choice fits. Original Hotel (American style motel), spacious and clean rooms, full breakfast and very friendly and professional staff. 4 stars deserved.

Friendly staff. I spent only one night and so the experience was short.
Unfortunately two downsides: the bed for my son was actually a cot on which it was impossible to sleep because there was no way to keep it open. The second is that unfortunately I noticed ants in the room carpet, small small but there were. I instead enjoyed the motel style configuration with personal parking with direct access to the room.
I didn't have a way to try the restaurant service.

The hotel was a pleasant discovery. It is walking distance to Leolandia, highway and some catering establishments. The rooms have parking and dedicated outputs, but remain linked to the main building where you will find the reception, a restaurant and a gym, and are large enough to accommodate a cot. Good breakfast.
As icing on the cake: the rooms are equipped with every type of supply, from toothbrushes to slippers.

Good Hotel, modern and cosy rooms, high quality LCD TV 47 inches. Parking available. Negatives: weak Wi-Fi in room and bathroom a bit "outdated".
Recommended.

Structure attached to the highway clean and comfortable rooms. Shame about the carpet on the ground don't think maximum hygiene, but it's a personal opinion. Breakfast is no problem with the Wi-Fi.
