Friendly and helpful staff. Very quick check-in and check-out. Nice restaurant attached with good food and reasonable prices (discount for hotel guests! ). Location is close to bus and train connections and it is a short walk to the funicular to the old city. Clean rooms — cleanest bathroom I have ever seen!

A nice, clean hotel with great location, views, breakfast, transportation and staff. There is a luggage room and toilet if your flight is late after the checkout and you'd like to stay in the city. This was my second stay here and it was good to be back!

About a half block from the Bergamo train station — an easy walk even with heavy suitcases. The rooms are well laid out, the front desk is very helpful, and the bathroom is spacious. It was an excellent recommendation.

New Rooms, large, clean. Reception fast. Excellent Restaurant, improved recently I have to say. 50 meters from the station and shuttle bus stop. Excellent.

Located near the bus and train station is very convenient. Some rooms have a nice view of Upper town.

Well-placed hotel on the lower city main street. Right in front of the train station but surprisingly quiet. Nice recently refurbished rooms with quality materials. I recommend this place for family too. A good quality vs price ratio. Friendly and helpful staff. A safe and indoor parking lot available for Eur 14, — a day. Less than 10 min walking distance from city center. Restaurants and bars nearby.

Excellent structure, even if not modern or recently renovated, breakfast valid, courtesy and good availability, ideal location to visit the city.

Clean tidy and complete rooms of every comfort, staff at the height. Upon arrival in the room I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find a pair of slippers with a bathrobe and clean linens in large quantities.

Right at the center of Bergamo and next to the train station. Large, new furnished and coloured room. We had a great stay.

Nice and clean hotel. No connection between the underground parking. Better to get there by taxi and not with your own car.

Inside it is decorated so contemporary and cool. Maybe its breakfast service is a bit slow but I appreciated so comfortable bed and good working shower.

Hotel service was very good at front desk, stayed 2 nights and didnt get names of the staff but friendly, attentive and helpful, before writing this saw front desk person Enzio was very helpful to guests w-transportation issues waiting before me and breakfast had nice things to choose from. Very central and rooms w-tile was very nice as well as laminate, some have carpet. Overall a nice experience and great they had a nice laptop around front desk with a large screen and fast connection. Nice cafe next door as well!

The staff at the front desk is very efficient and kind, the breakfast service is a bit chaotic, on the bathroom walls there were no signs of humidity.

I recently stayed two nights in this Hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is great and the staff is very helpful. Only flaw is the location since being directly on the road is problematic the unloading of suitcases. This is obvious using the garage available for a fee.

Very nice Hotel in the center of the city, in front of the train station, in a quiet part of town. Modern and nice Design, very pretty the breakfast room where is served a plentiful and quite varied. The rooms are very clean and the design of the hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we go there!

We stayed in March 2016 BB. Clean and quiet rooms. Good breakfast with fresh products. Friendly staff. Council more maintenance to the shower … I "cleaned" all except the hair, the little bit of water coming out of he sprayed everywhere. PS you invest into the cushions:-) I hope I was helpful to improve the service. Thanks for the stay.

Looks good and has an excellent location near the train station. The breakfast is above average and the staff is helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and new towels changed every day. In the hotel there is a free Wi-Fi that actually works unlike in some others i've stayed in. I would come here again.

I spent a weekend at the Hotel Piemontese for an intermediate stop on the return from a long trip. I must say that the Hotel is very clean and well furnished, you will immediately notice that has been recently remodeled. The rooms are completely soundproof despite central location which looks out onto the street. The breakfast is very generous and varied. The helpful and professional staff. Convenient location, close to the train station and the bus stop that takes you directly to the airport in a few minutes. It was a nice opportunity to visit Bergamo which I had never seen and I didn't deserve so much. If I were back in the area without a doubt I would choose this hotel to stay. Highly recommended.

A facelift will have on the outside but inside this well. Spacious and very clean rooms.

We spent 9 nights at this hotel, and overall we were satisfied. The staff (and we got to know all of them! ) were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English. The rooms were average size for a European hotel, and they were clean and adequately furnished. The location is unbeatable — I was intially concerned that being located so near the train station would be shady, but in fact it was very central. The Citta Alta was only a 15-20 minute walk or you could take the bus/funicolare. The main shopping of Citta Basse was merely 500 meters away. Lots of restaurants and shops around. My disappointment comes in some of the services-or lack there of. My husband was there for school and needed to wear suits — but they had no irons! Not even in the building. Washing clothes was also a hassel; the hotel did not provide the service and was unable to direct us to where we could do it. They offered to do it for a pay-by-the-piece basis which was an absurd 2-3 euros per item. Also, the hotel does have Wi-Fi but it is through vodafone for a steep 15 euros per day! We stayed at 5 other hotels in Italy and all provided the service free of charge.
