It was my first time at this hotel and certainly not be last. Ideal location for the airport and city centre. The staff is very helpful, the room is awesome. The breakfast incredible, the best panna cotta in my life.

Very pleasant stay and good accommodationThere was honestly nothing wrong with this hotel, save for its location. Near the train station, and kind of set apart from the beaten track — it's not in the best location. The staff was more than friendly, speaking both Italian and English — and as far as I could tell Spanish, French and German as well — the room was more than adequate: Beautiful bathroom, large bathtub and shower, two sinks, gold and black tile, and very, very comfortable bed. TV, wardrobe, large room to walk around in, and air conditioner and heat control. No breakfast though — and what there was would not constitute as a breakfast. Otherwise, I had no problems with the hotel, and it made me want to stay at an NH again the future.

More than excellent! The staff always with a smile ready to help you, the room were clear and the Wi-Fi free (not for SKYPE). The barista at the cafeteria knows how to prepare a fine Freddo Espresso (well done Claudio). The Hotel is close to everywhere, to the bus station, to the train station, to banks and of course to the City center. Hotel NH Bergamo is a safe and secured place with the Police station right at the opposite.

Superb location with cosy and comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread and taste is very good. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English in addition to italian. It has many eateries and gelato stores in the vicinity. Three place is also walkable from Bergamo station. There is a Japanese restaurant bang opposite the hotel. There's also Indian restaurant 'Shiva' which is within 1.5 km of walk from this place. The bed and linen are good and I've always got a sound sleep here. Overall a very good place.

The hotel seems to be inscribed in the available free space between the buildings, so the entrance is in a strange place (behind the underground parking on the ground floor. It is uncomfortable to drive up by car: to the entrance does not come in principle, you need to stop in Drive to the neighbouring parking lot, then for the exit unfold on a small heel.

For a 4 star, the double rooms are small. I found the bed very uncomfortable due to mattress and pillows too soft. Absurd the €15 per person required to add breakfast. The cleanliness and reception received from the staff.

Very central and easy to find;) only 5min walk from the train station. The old town is also very easy to walk in 30min from the hotel — see a nice walk in the CitAlta. Staff very friendly and the rooms are top.

Ideally located for the purposes of my trip, because very central. Comfortable room and very nice courses room.

I attended the property for two days of course without overnight. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and kept with care. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lunch buffet that was prepared was mainly vegetarian in nature and both as a choice of dishes as well as taste was not bad at all. I wouldn't mind if I had to attend other courses at this facility.

Had to book last minute. Ideal location for airport and centre of town. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean fresh and comfortable. I stay in a lot of hotels, probably one of the best breakfast set ups I've seen. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Nice and clean yet standard hotel in the center of the new city in Bergamo.

It could be better, it is too uncomfortable to enter with the suitcases, although it is very well located. You notice that they look too much as they spend on the guest, too.

Right In the middle of town. A Few steps from the central street. Train and coach station within walking distance. Nice. Great for meeting.

Good level. Well clean with a somewhat noisy but effective air conditioning, well soundproofed rooms. Sufficient selection of international TV channels. Wi-Fi fast and free. Staff at the height, very professional and attentive to the customer.

I was there on my birthday. Got an upgrade to a suite. Very nice:-) Although the Suite 107 was already quite small in itself… The view from the balcony was very nice towards Cita Alta.

It is quite close to the train station that connects you to Milan and the bus stop leading to the airport. Breakfast is quite varied the room is fine although maybe something small.

Hotel is top for a city break. Staff top and very customer oriented. Closed parking. Friendly staff with great sightseeing tip s and great restaurant recommendations. Everything was clean.

Location, location, location! Close to everything. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was spacious and clean. Gym is small. Staff were very nice and very helpful. I'll stay here when I visit Bergamo again!

Great hotel in a great location, rooms modern, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Minor complaint would be no free bottle of water which I feel is a must in any hotel irrespective of stars.

D environment is so clean and d rooms are superb and d receptionists are extremely wonderful… kudos to d management for a job weldone.

Very close to the station and also lots of restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the funicular to the old city. Room was very comfortable with a bath. Breakfast was good although not much hot food.

When we made our reservation for NH Hotel Bergamo, there was an option to ask for extra bed for our son, so we asked for that. After receiving confirmation message from Booking, we were sure that everything was ok with our reservation. We didn't receive any other mail or call about the unavailability of 1 extra bed. When we got to the hotel last night we have waited for more than 1 hour at the front desk with the staff called Lara, trying to find a solution for our son to sleep. At the end I have asked a blanket to put on the floor for my son to sleep, after a couple of phone call she made inside, she came back and said that she asked her Manager and it is ok for them to give one standard room as a complimentary and they will talk to Booking in the morning. I confirmed two time with her saying that if it will not be free of charge I don't want to get another room. But Ms. Lara told us that " this room will be free of charge for us "
But unfortunately in morning there was a big surprise for us, they ask for payment for this extra room they gave us.

We have been confirmed by Booking for 1 extra bed, The hotel was supposed to provide us,
When we replied that this room was given us complementary last night, the front desk manager apologize first. He also said they would never charge form my credit card without my permission.

Italian design Hotel. But soundproof not as neat as in a real 4 star. Average breakfast.

The centrally located hotel, staff helpful, friendly and always willing to lend a hand. We organised an event in the field of Eyelash extensions at their conference room and we really enjoyed it! For sure we will be back!

Clean modern rooms. 15-20 minute walk from Funicolare. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Very good breakfast bar and service. Our room was clean, in room breakfast was offered, showers and bathrooms were clean and very well equipped. If you need anything (including a phone charger apparently! ) just call the front desk. Overall, the best way to enjoy a night in the beautiful city of Bergamo!

Modern hotel, clean and in good condition, helpful and attentive staff, handy location for autostrada and trains in the città bassa but not too far from the sights of the città alta. Only downside is the limited and difficult to access parking. But they upgraded us to a better room, which was very nice of them.

We missed a connecting flight and we were forced to stay for a day in Bergamo. Optimal location in front of the airport. Very good hotel, clean, comfortable and above all the staff (Thanks Alice! ) it was a great help to resolve problems related to flight the next day. Good meal plan.

Business trip, great hotel with good service and excellent breakfast. Adequately spacious rooms, nice bathroom, but starting to feel their age.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, the furniture is modern (aside from the somewhat antiquated CRT TV! ), great sound. The first impact with the mattress was not the best: despite being accustomed to very rigid mattress, this looked like a wooden plank! Luckily the second night I had already got used! —)
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast, with a choice rarely found elsewhere: only of milk are available vaccine (hot and cold), soy and rice; the bread is so fresh and the buns, despite being a semi-finished product, are great. Although the vending machine coffee, the staff is accommodating in offering coffee, cappuccino and anything else you could ever want from the breakfast bar.
Excellent location, within walking distance from the train station and not far from the Centre of the new town. If you don't want to walk, with a half hour walk you get to the old town; otherwise you just cross the street to catch the bus that takes you to the funicular.
Of course, as many complain, the entrance is really hidden, without an indication. To find it you need to ask, otherwise not found! —)
Only minus the Wi-Fi connection fee.

Everything very well. In particular the attention of Alicia make a hotel very eligible to be in the beautiful city of Bergamo. Only a repair, as slow as the Wi-Fi in the Lobby.

I had the opportunity to check out the facilities and the service and both are really remarkable. The proximity to the airport and made us doubt the soundproofing of the rooms, but at no time annoyed us the noise of air traffic. Clean and comfortable rooms. The reception staff friendly and helpful. We were not able to verify that the restaurant service. Pretty Well.
