No keys, just a door code. Clean and nice. But cold. The air conditioner won't work. The info desk uses whatsup so you can easily connect.
➜ Shameful! I booked through booking. I called in the morning to ask if there had been any problems in case of late check in. I was assured that until 1 at night I would find staff to check in. I arrived in Bergamo (Turin) at 24 passes. Not getting answer to the bell of the facility I called the number on the door. Answers a girl ready to tell me that my reservation, having been made through booking, at midnight decked. The only possible thing was compensation. Also my room had already been given to other people (in 15 minutes the room was missing in short).
They left me without a place to sleep in the middle of the night and with a flight to catch the next day.
Only thanks to booking I have received compensation.
Zero professionalism, zero correctness!
