The rooms are a bit old, though finally some have removed the carpet. Always too hot, you can not lower the heating (maybe you get even to 25^). Great kindness from the service staff at breakfast.

The council, yesterday, we held a course and we had a great time. Room tidy and staff helpful. I make my compliments also to the catering, they had a lot of patience, and we waited even though we were late with the times. EXCELLENT

Very nice hotel with all the comforts in Little dated. The staff were very friendly and friendly. Have a good breakfast. I couldn't have dinner there because we booked for two shifts. Near a large mall.

I was at this hotel The nights of 19-20-21 July 2018 to attend a conference of Jehovah's Witnesses that was held at the Assago Forum. The most favorable point is the proximity to the forum… Despite the initial issues regarding an error between the price that had been proposed to me and the price that was on the internet for a Family room (more than 500, 00 euros budgeted to me and 401, 20 euros as an offer on the website) I was pleasantly impressed by the staff and by the manager of this hotel.
I must point out that the moment I expressed by email my concerns about the price discrepancy between the quote I had and the offer on the internet the director immediately met me despite there had been a mistake right on the website making me pay the amount I'd seen so many stars just for that… not only that, the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff immediately turned out to be very kind and helpful.
The hotel is a hotel that despite seeing it has a few years it keeps in good condition is elegant and has a fine air.
The very helpful staff also accepted our request to be able to empty the fridge bar in order to be able to put well our food that we would have needed to prepare lunch for the congress that we would have the next day.

The hotel is very dated, but still comfortable. The only real issue is it is too far away from everything. Your food options are very limited.

Really great hotel! Impeccable services, helpful staff, welcoming and pleasant place. Large outdoor spaces, in a quiet and quiet location, a short walk from the metro and a step from the Assago forum! And three steps from the MilanoFlowers mall.
Other positive notes: there is a small gym for those who want to do aerobic activities with treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical and pectoral machines (24h/24). The rooms are bright (as many as two windows) and spacious; All bathrooms are very large and equipped with hairdryer, shower and tub. Mirrors everywhere! Clean hotel. And last but not least, the breakfast really abundant with regard to the variety of foods on offer: in addition to the usual sweets and cakes you can find cured meats, cherry tomatoes, cottage cheese, eggs, omelette, sausage, fresh fruit (lots! ) and, very rare (Unfortunately) in hotels, nuts (nuts and hazelnuts) and smoked salmon!
What to say, obviously recommended for those who want to make a stay in Milan (20 minutes to get to the center by metro) and for those who are there for a concert at the Forum of Assago!

Cozy, comfortable and very pleasant environment from the architectural point in structural terms and furnishing. Wonderful is the restaurant area. Also the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Excellent Hotel with a very good price, considering the location. Plentiful choice for breakfast, in a very cozy room. The staff are courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests.

The staff are polite and helpful. The hotel it self need a bit of rejuvenation. Walking distance from Carrefour, multiplex cinemas and eating places.

We passed by the hotel for a half hour of relaxation after touring the city. Although Serverndoci only the bar, without being able to stay, we found a courtesy and kindness out of the ordinary, both by the gentleman at the reception, and by the staff of the bar. We felt very pampered…
I personally had stayed for a few days in the hotel years ago, and on this short visit I had the confirmation of the wonderful memory that I have been bringing from this place. Not to mention the cleanliness! In the bathroom then that is in the lobby. You could eat there so much that it is clean and cared for! So a thank you also goes to Mrs. Pina who takes care of it masterfully. We sincerely hope to have occasion to return to Milan, and to stay at the Garden again!

This is my go to Hotel in Milan. The staff are awesome, the rooms are generous and while its an older Hotel, it isn't sterile and boring. I Really enjoy staying here.

Clean Excellent Service, the staff is very smiling and very helpful. The only small complaint is the carpet on the floor. It is in very good condition but it gets a little old.

Very good Hotel a few steps from the Forum in Assago, so ideal for concerts. Well furnished, clean, quiet and cozy. Perhaps the services should be perfected: the person in charge of the rooms knocking at 8 a. M. To redo it is a limit.
But even more so is a reception where absolutely lacks the sense of hospitality: not a good morning, not a smile, not a polite phrase perhaps of interest on the satisfaction of the customer, nothing at all.
A reception of wax statues. Sometimes a smile is enough. For the rest a soggsoggi in line with expectations.

In front of the metro Line 2 stop in Assago Milano Forum, you will find this hotel very interesting, cared for in detail, adequate and professional staff. With a very spacious and comfortable conference room.

The hotel is very close to the Forum, if you come here for an event, it is a short walking distance. Overall the hotel is very good but at least in the room we booked there were no sockets to recharge phone and cameras (we had to unplug a lamp for it). The bath tub had issues with draining water and we found that the room was a bit cold. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great location especially for concerts or events at the Forum. Very courteous the staff and very good and varied breakfast. To refurbish the rooms a bit but especially the air conditioning system of the room, given The costs of overnight a display that makes you understand if you throw hot or cold air would not be magicians!

Free breakfast, but was haunted by mosquitoes. The stuff was helpful during the night and helped me fight them with powerful chemicals. You can't iron your own shirts, you have to pay for it.

Very well placed hotel if you attend a concert at Mediolanum. Despite the foreseeable attendance at the end of the evening the restaurant is closed and the bar offers only sandwiches of dubious quality. The reception is efficient and very good. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The service is also very good.

Big and elegant room. Comfortable bed. I only had breakfast and it has good variety of things and quality is high: fresh fruit salad, fresh made orange juice, good cakes and sweets. Also continental breakfast is available.

I didn't try the restaurant and the breakfast, because my friend and I, we have preferred to stay in bed till late and kind enough to leave us in bed, without making too many stories I was amazed.
I am stupid, but I think the towels softer, I found them at this property.
They made me regret not to be suffering from kleptomania.
The premises were air-conditioned fine and the garden is truly immense.
Obviously, I can say that at my next concert, safe rialbergherò here.
They made us feel like Roses on the Titanic:-).

Great for anyone who has to go to Palace, the hotel is pretty much stuck with a bike path.
