The kitchen… Varied and well cared for.

Pay 3 stars to get 1, if not half! The room smelled. I do not recommend at all… it was stinking… personal, depressed, unprepared, which makes you spend even the desire to smile in the holiday… parking is non-existent. A lift-style horror movie with Arbre Magique like perfume the environment. Never more…

Poor rooms, every day same poor food and the stuff is not kind. Awful place to stay!

The passports are not handed out at the reception. Just by threatening to call the police, we got the passports after a day. We did not give the room key during the day at the reception.
Unfortunately, many things in this hotel are not OK.

The hotel did not deserve any stem. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very good and the food was excellent. The hotel is only suitable for one night and then never again.

They were extremely rude to us. The receptionist was particularly racist and blamed everything on us. The way they treated us was totally uncalled for and unfair (for example giving us like half portions instead of a full, not pouring the water, giving the worst tables etc. ) The hotel itself in my opinion was just a clash of styles, the lobby, restaurant, rooms all had very different designs and the rooms were small and badly equipped (like instead of air conditioning we got a crappy loud fan)

Very friendly owners and helpful, good location, good value, tasty food to try.

Hello everyone! After a pleasant stay in two, and a warm welcome, we wanted to publicly thank Mr. Fausto and especially Mrs Marina who welcomed us with a sympathy that is rare. We want to give the maximum rating for excellent value, great food. Will definitely be back! Recommended!

I have been to this hotel with my boyfriend for a few days.
Enjoyed the stay, the hotel is close to the sea.
The rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast abound (to what I'm used:) ) and the kitchen that say the food is good and plenty.
All the staff from the Hall, the kitchen, the girls are friendly and available for your use.
Will definitely be back.

Just great. Too good, friendly and very amazing. Excellent cuisine. The chef and a great, not to mention the Director of hotel … too friendly, service very good. Will stay again for sure!

I stayed with my boyfriend from 13.08 at 19.08.2015 and it is the first time that I get a bad vacation like this!
1) parking: nowhere to be found, but only for a fee! It was one of the things I had asked before booking, I was assured that for vacancies there was no problem, as no!
I reported it and they replied a bit miffed in the presence of another customer who had the same problem: "Lady but at this time … you? "
I did not answer to don't be rude!
2) are not at all welcoming and don't know what time go by public transport and you don't know how to say what to go see their region, only know the waterfront small and sad while doing 1 km about coming up to diano marina is the promenade that the Center and nice and cozy.
3) small rooms! but that was not a problem
4) remember that you will have the same tablecloth and especially the same towel for the duration of your stay! be careful not to make a mess so I won't change, but I will use just because the food is awful!
drinks are not included meals, we have "discovered" the next day and were not told absolutely nothing!
I reported it and the answer of Ms was: "from all sides is that! "

5) what's even worse was to come back in the evening in the hotel to the 1:30/2:00 and find all the keys to the rooms of those who still had to fit over the front counter to everyone without anyone behind the station that controlled!

Great location. Beautiful beach and sea. One of the most beautiful places in Liguria.

And belo and comfortable and all come back. Novo.
