Noisy room in and out, in a noisy Recco: between 1 and 2 June the ' Pseudomusicale ' noise of the square cannot be considered justified at 00:30 H. At night with small tourists presence. Never again in Recco.

A decent hotel very close to the beach, (walkable 5 mins) and also to the city. The parking facility is free for the tenants and is a bliss since tgere arent much parking available in the city. The breakfast is pretty good too. The rooms have amazing views of the bay, and is comfortable.

Location is beautiful, service is OK, but could be better, rooms don't have any major flaws, however the food is very very good.

Beautiful hotel with sea view rooms.
Unfortunately it remains slightly uncomfortable in the descent to the beach (x who has wheelchair like us with a child). But Liguria is like that. But a nice friendly personal place and breakfast on a beautiful terrace. Cheap and beautiful X a weekend.

My husband and I spent three beautiful days in Liguria. We had a great time at the hotel Elena, the room clean and comfortable and the bed very comfortable. From the balcony of the room The Sea view priceless, which I will always bring in the heart. Very relaxing and quiet place. Don't underestimate the free private parking. The breakfasts of excellent quality with a wide choice of sweets, savory, fruit, etc. There was really for all tastes. I agree with other reviewers that there would be a bit to modernize in the furnishings and bathrooms but I would definitely recommend it and if I return to those parts it will certainly be at the hotel Elena. Ask for rooms on the highest floors to fully enjoy the beautiful panorama!

Great and friendly staff at this hotel. Called us in UK from Italy to confirm our disabled requirements. Nice room with great views over the hills and the bay. Short walk to restaurants and to railway station. Car parking next to the hotel, although spaces may be limited at busy times. Breakfast can be taken inside or outside on the terrace. One disappointment is that they don't make the most of the bar/eating area during the day/evening. We would certainly have made plenty of use of it!

Very good location. Sea right in front of the door. Free parking that is really worth a lot in Italy. One is walking very fast on the promenade, where life pulsates with lots of shopping and also has a supermarket of 24 has open 7 days a week. Hotel, though, is a bit old. Still cosy! Very nice, eclectic breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit.
Good location for trips to Genoa and also Portofino.
Would definitely stay here again in this area.

Real travel feeling outside of well-trodden paths of modern hotel experiences! High-quality equipment: Good mattress, well-kept ceramics, wood parquet — no street noise. Professional service, grown, authentic village structure — holiday life from an overnight stay! Full score!

Loving it here, we have a room with a large balcony with stunning views of the town and the sea, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the room is a little basic, but comfortable and the breakfast really is amazing! It's also in a perfect position to explore the coast, we walked to Camogli which is beautiful, then took the train to Santa margarita, and bus back to Recco.

The hotel staff were friendly and could speak good English. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the beach and near the city. Beautiful surroundings, the breakfast was perfect, a lot of choice. The rooms were clean. I recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to spend time in good atmosphere and surroundings as well as have good service.

Clean and nice hotel, polite and friendly staff, beautiful view of the sea and the city. All impeccably. The only downside is the entrance to the sea from the hotel on the rocks. But in 50 meters the city beach with sand.

Very lovely for the price. We had a room with a beautiful view of the water which was lovely. The breakfast provided was great. My SO and I particularly enjoyed the assortment of cakes as well as the fact that it was served till 11am, allowing us to sleep in. Do not, however, visit the restaurant next door that is featured in the hotel's recommendation pamphlet in the lobby. It was the only negative part of our stay (dogs in the restaurant, stale bread, overpriced food of poor quality, poor service). Overall a very nice experience.

Our stay in Recco was excellent. The hotel is situated on the west side of town, across from the beach and within walking distance to everything. Our room was a bit small and the decor is dated, but it was clean and had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the town, hills and sea. Wonderful breakfasts on the terrace, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a 3-star hotel, so not luxurious, but it's a great value for the price. It turned out to be just perfect. Would stay there again.
