Nice place, not that close to the station, but not far from the sea. Very polite and helpful receptionists. Was a pleasure to spend time here.

Great location aesthetically very nice staff very friendly but there is a lot to improve as for example The furniture that externally are beautiful but internally are just antique and you bring dust and smell of years and years, and I would say to improve also cleaning.
The parking inside is very comfortable.

Single beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. There were dogs often barking loudly outside our room. But overall, nice hotel and good service.

Bad location, poor amenities and rude staff especially the manager, breakfast with poor quality products, poor room cleaning.

Bad value for money. Rooms are very expensive for the type of structure and the services offered. 220 euros (with night entrance, so small discount because it cost even more) x a room on the floor plus 1 with stale smell. In the air-conditioning room of old conception, noisy and impossible to keep on since it emits icy air but really frosty even raising the degrees. In addition to smelling bad. Breakfast absolutely not from 4 stars. But I'd say nothing… 4-star rating. The only two positives: the tranquility and the presence of free parking.

Very well placed hotel close to the centre which can be accessed on foot. The staff are very welcoming especially the lady who is at the front desk. Recommended as an address in Rapallo.

We had an amazing experience at the Hotel Canali. The staff we interacted with were very courteous and efficient. Melany was especially wonderful, helpful and fun. If I’m ever back in Rapallo, I will definitely stay here.

Wonderful Hotel! We are here for the third time in two Years and are still thrilled. Clearly it is not a state-of-the-art Hotel but one of the best Of its Price range in the Region.
Pros: — Very friendly Staff — Good Rooms — In 5-10min on foot in the city — Free Parking on the Hotel Areal (Car Keys are parked once a Car is parked and the Hotel staff have to park, but the Hotel staff is careful with the Cars around) — Room key Doesn't have to be handed in — Very children and Animal Friendly — Small gym — Good breakfast negative: — No state-of-the-art hotel (We don't need this:) )

Not suitable for people with disabilities. Not for diabetics either! Shower far too small. Prices not acceptable.

Hotel located in a very quiet area and very close to the beaches and the center. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, WI fi signal no problems. Excellent value for money and free parking! I recommend it.

We arrived for a two night stay right before they were closing for the winter; as such, the services had been curtailed (e. G. The hot tub had been drained, etc) although we were unaware of that fact. The buffet breakfast was very much undesirable as it was obviously leftover food that was stale and even moldy (see photo). Having read another review about a car being damaged by their valet in their small parking lot (see photo), we did not want to leave our car keys as required (although not listed on their website) citing the reason to which the desk agent simply said something to the effect that "such damage has not happened that many times". There are better hotels in the center of town that I would consider before staying here.

4 star Hotel… but not deserved. I know a lot better.

Excellent clean rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Excellent service and small parking lot, so you must leave your keys with them in case they have to move your car. The balconies are wonderful. We didn't try the breakfast. You even have oranges growing outside your window! The ceilings are paper-thin, however, and you will hear pretty much everything that's going on upstairs. (We were on the ground floor). Only 10 min walk into the main city.

Really nice Italian ambiance, half country half city just five minutes to the centre through a nice park. 1930 villa very agreat Gatsbylik and staff very helpful and alert! Does not get much better for a break away!

Very clean but does not justify 4 stars. The bathroom is tiny.
Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Nice French speaking staff.

We had a good welcome. The family room is great a bit tiny. We loved the balcony. The atmosphere is good. Parking is tiny and someone takes care of your car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered a large variety of foods and the common areas were spacious with comfy furniture making evenings spent at the hotel enjoyable. On the downside, the hotel was quite a walk away from train station (for travelling towards Cinque Terre). There were no curtains to help create complete dark in the room which meant a lot of light disturbing the morning sleep. Also the doors were noisy and sound from the corridor and other rooms got easily through the walls.

Great place, wonderful old style hotel. Helpful staff but only when u ask, not much suggestions coming from the guy at the reception. Good and well maintained gym with turkish sauna.

Amazing city loved it the Hotel is in the best part of it near the river golf club 2-3 minutes walk from center!

Comfortable, and tranquil. The breakfast buffet was nice. The parking lot is tight, you have to leave the key for them to move cars around.

Great location. Stylish décor staff. Thanks to part at Mrs Sonia that he fondled by immediately preparing a good Spritz and giving us some great advice to optimize our stay. A greeting and a happy scodinzolata by Dylan at all for cuddling received.

We were specifically looking for a hotel with air conditioner and Wi-Fi connection.
When we got to our room air conditioner would not switch from heat to cool. When we asked hotel personnel to look at it they told us that they do not switch to cool till May 15th and told us to open balcony doors. Which would be fine if our room would not be on the bottom floor and facing main walk way to hotel reception.
Second was Wi-Fi, which is advertised by hotel as free and throughout hotel. The Wi-Fi would only work outside of our room. As soon as you walk in the room last bar would disappear. When we asked hotel personnel for a different room we've been told there was no other rooms, and when we asked them for some kind of reimbursement they told us they can buy us a drink. So be aware of this hotel's wrongful advertisement. And if you are looking for air conditioned room with Wi-Fi don't come here because you might not get it!

The hotel is tastefully decorated and offers quality services. It is situated in a nice residential area. The restaurant is elegant and eat well. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I highly recommend it.
