I stayed with you two nights and I found myself very well. I fell in love with Genova Pegli so I will be back soon for a weekend. Clean rooms and very kind staff thanks again for the hospitality, see you soon.

Clean environments with wonderful class grade … I highly recommend … and then we herbalife family was thrilling thank you very much.

Hotel comodo e confortevole. La stanza era molto grande e curata. La struttura ha reso il soggiorno molto piacevole.

Great service, very nice rooms and with wonderful sea views, rich breakfast and buffet. Parking included, included in the at and always guaranteed for all hotel guests. The only problem is the shower a little small for my size (l-XL size), but still solvable by putting itself sideways. 5 stars well deserved.

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from the centre. A bus passes the hotel.
On the other hand, I advise you to go to dinner at the hotel restaurant. Admittedly it's cheap 15 euros the menu but it's not good. It looks like a bad highway canteen.

Very friendly and helpful staff Clean and comfortable room. Only drawback, parking almost insufficient if the hotel is full. Central location with sea view, no need to travel with cars, functional and efficient public services.

Hard to beat the views but this place could use some upkeep. Very old but feels old too.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel;! It would be lucky to get a 1 star from any current rating entity. The hotel is in dire need of a major remodeling. The guest rooms STINK. They will not turn on the air conditioning for the rooms even when requested due to warm damp weather. The towels and sheets smell sour. The food service is barely edible. There is no sundries shop or happy hour. They provide no english newspapers and only have 2 english TV chanels. The front desk does not keep enough change for the snack machines. There is no business center, or fitness center. Staying at this hotel for a week was a miserable experience. Were it not for the GIS soccer camp, We would have checked out within minutes of seeing our room!

I spent over 600 euros during my stay here which covered multiple nights. I was routinely treated with rudeness and disrespect by the staff at the front desk. They have arrogant attitudes in how they present to the customer. When I asked to use the computer, they acted like it was a major inconvenience. They put me off saying I needed to wait while they finished their work up. When I stood at the front desk trying to see what they were doing as to what they claimed, I witnessed two of the staff eating at their desks in the back where the computer was and not doing work at all putting me off w/cruelty, selfishness and lying ignoring me as a customer. The breakfast was mediocre w/very little choices. The room was unbearably hot in April with no air conditioning even though it showed on my booking site the room came with air conditioning which was a lie. The train goes right behind the hotel, and many times during the day, you can hear it passing which is very loud. The room itself was very small in size. The area the hotel is located in is not very clean, especially near the water. Trash is thrown all over the ground and sketchy characters are hanging out near the bus stops. I would never stay here again due to my experience.

Great hotel. Clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Supported mattresses as I like. Strong point the staff, very kind and helpful. Indoor and sea parking at thirty seconds on foot.

A good hotel to stay good treatment of the staff.

Managers and staff were too friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was really clean. One of the best location to stay in Genoa. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

The bathroom is not good for a day.

We only stayed for one night so the judgement might not be complete.
In any case the interior location is good, the rooms are very high ceiling and the bathroom is equipped with everything you need.
High overall cleanliness.
They kindly set up an extra bed and the cost remained unchanged.

Definitely a good point of reference if you want to move comfortably to Genoa, because the bus stop 1 is in front of the main entrance.

3 stars for the price and location. Average rooms, normal breakfast. Too bad for the cleaning… we found hairs on the sink and something dripping behind the bed… close to the pillows. Very noisy Parquet. It does not excel in cleanliness, but the staff is very nice and friendly, and the location allows a beautiful sea view. Means of transport at 1 minute on foot. Very convenient as a location, although not very close to the center.

Local "Vintage", but cozy. Well kept. Breakfast is good but limited: like continental breakfast only boiled eggs and some salami. Good pero croissants and yogurth.

Great hotel, big rooms and beautiful view! Nearby is a Bazar and 2-3 restaurants are in a 300-500m radius. The hotel has a parking area.

The hotel is located on Pegli's seafront, so in a great location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful for any request. The structure should be revived and revived a bit ' because at the moment, when you stay in his rooms, seems to have earned a beautiful hospital room. From the doors, to the Windows (which by the way are not soundproof and allow all the noises coming from the extremely busy promenade to enter inside making it a little difficult to sleep), to the bathrooms, to the beds, to the walls, to the bedside tables, everything smells a bit of "old" and does not smell of "old". Many furnishing complements seem to have been recovered and placed in various positions in the right hotel to fill holes. In short, I did not get the charm of a historical structure but the sadness of a decadent structure. The prices are quite high considering the type of room. The hotel has a large private fenced car park that is useful to keep your vehicles safe.

A pretty nice place in a pretty nice city. Really close to the sea and close to the station and to one of the most beautiful park in Genoa, villa Pallavicini.

Pretty clean rooms place on the waterfront probably a time among the best hotels in the area but now a little dated, normal breakfast, nothing special.

I attended a business presentation the premises are well equipped and the staff helpful.

La Camera era molto spartana, il parquet scricchiolava è in alcuni punti addirittura rotto. Il bagno pulitissimo, ma per quanto riguarda il resto sono rimasta delusa. La poltrona aveva delle macchie vistose, il mobilio era rovinato (pareva dell'umidità). Personale molto cortese e disponibile, possibilità di parcheggiare internamente anche dopo il check out.

The building is old and poor mantained. Quite dirty rooms, needs a repaint badly Breakfast poor (ham, cheese) and a railroadbstation nearby who keeps you awake at night. Free Wi-Fi in lobby, in room is 15euro per night. Avoid if you sre in holliday. For one night business might work.

This finding in a room wedged between transferred and airport way, a good window certe but shutters that do not open.

The hotel is in the Centre with a lovely sea view. The services are not scarce and the rooms are vecchisime. I was very disappointed.

From the outside the hotel looks very well. Great location and private parking (although very uncomfortable).
the structure of the hotel and the rooms is very. Old. Just walked into the room I noticed the squeaking of floors and the door of the room quite poor!
cleanliness is very good in return. The bed is hard as marble and the fridge is not provided (you must get you things from vending machines on the first floor) the sea is wonderful. Especially sleeping with the window open and hear the sound of the waves is so relaxing!
The rest is a 3 star hotel. But I expected much better. Given the price 90 € a night with breakfast.
