➜ Excellent value, friendly and helpful staff, spacious Rooms clean and cozy, bathroom with all comforts, flat screen TV 32 "Internet Wi-Fi included, buffet breakfast.

➜ The owners of the B are friendly, we slept 3 nights, breakfast included (served from 8am to 9:30), the bathroom is accessible from the bedroom (and it is not to be underestimated, in fact, not all B offer this convenience). Clean room and bathroom, reception of Wi-Fi is not the best maybe because the guests were all connected to the net, I guess.
If you go to visit the surroundings the place is near Lerici, beautiful resort, but go early because risk not to find absolutely parking. The b is in a quiet area of La Spezia, is distant from the central Station 5 km (near this there is a covered parking, for 8 hours 12 euros of expenditure, think about it before taking the train to the Cinque Terre), while from the station Migliarina is 3, 8 km and here parking is free (check the connections for the central and if possible buy first tickets for the Cinque Terre, ask the owner of the B, you will avoid such endless queues, the discounts for these tickets there are only for the Children up to 12 years old, otherwise the cost is €16).
