Friendly and charming staff, clean and colorful rooms, breakfast at the top.
The real asset is clearly the benevolence of managers who are not stingy with good advice, both for hiking in the Cinque Terre and for the good addresses of restaurants in the Spezia.
15 minutes from the station on foot (hardly), it's an excellent value for money with the added bonus of all the warm soul of Italy!

Property very nice, comfortable, clean, convenient to the attractions of the area, with parking inside. The staff was very friendly and very professional. For all of the advice that we gave, and the owner proved to be a true protagonist of the tourist promotion of their territory. Absolutely to recommend! If and when we are back in the area, will definitely be our point of reference.

Hôte très accueillant et qui n'hésite pas a donner toutes les informations nécessaires permettant de visiter la région. Parking privé gratuit très pratique. Gare accessible à pied sans problème. Chambre propre, cosy et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner agréable avec pâtisserie maison.

We stayed at the apartment for 4 and everything was perfect. The owner waited for us even though we were late for check in. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the train station and is at a quiet part of the town. We don't mind, as we were just there for the night.

The owner of the residence is execrable, not at all friendly, this blonde Lady is haughty and absolutely not made for this job. I strongly advise against the second night we went to the adjacent residence, and there everything was perfect and friendly staff.

Room does not match the photos of Internet, impossible to have breakfast before 8 o'clock, portal and outside not very inspiring. Very disappointed!

Nice, clean, friendly, colorful!

The owner was very friendly, helped us with ordering a, helped us with directions, gave us advices, a true gent. The place was clean and cozy perfect. 10/10 will return again.

Everything about this place was amazing. Hosts were quite helpful, the rooms were clean and it was Very close to the centre. You have an option to opt for the breakfast which is again a delight and highly recommended.

I visited last year in May and I'll revisit this year at the begin of April. I am learning Italien, but my knowledge isn't good enough to give me review as earned: I colori di mag is the best b&b I ever had the pleasure to stay. The people working there are knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and hospitable, willing and able to advice on any question I asked.

Ho prenotato una stanza per una settana ad aprile. Ma ho voglio di venire a La Spezia in estate per qualche mese per imparare Italiano molto meglio. C'è una scuola di lingua li dove posso farlo?

Reasonably priced, clean accommodations close to Central train station (10-15 minutes walk) and main shopping/restaurant area (25-30 minutes walk). Good home base if you plan to visit Cirque Terre. Parking available for guests. Most units have ensuites. Units in newer building are more modern. There is no elevator to th upper units Wonderful breakfast of hard-boiled eggs, good selection of meats, some cheeses, delicious home-made cakes and pies, juices, and coffees. Gluten-free and other snacks available as well. Very friendly and accommodating owners. Hot/cold water, coffee, refrigerator available at all times in common area. Fast Wi-fi! (68Mbps)

Nice hotel with a good location (10 min from the station on foot) to get to 5 Terre. The furniture is fine since everything is provided! The view is not phew by cons.

Calm and relaxed atmosphere (from the center of the city. A 10-minute walk from the train station. The owners are lovely,. And are always willing to help in anything. The perfect hotel to visit Cinque Terre for situation, comfort and price.

We spent a great weekend, great place! The location is in a quiet and convenient area of La Spezia, the owners told us how to get around, what to see and where to eat. The bed and breakfast organized very well, with every kind of comfort and cleanliness. Couldn't get any better, we recommend it to everyone.
