No staff to greet us when we arrived or left. Wifi did not work. It is situated in a noisy and run down neighbour, with 100+ steep stairs which are not mentioned. The building does not have a lift, which makes it even worse to carry luggage. Rooms are clean and spacious, but technically should not be considered a B&B as no breakfast is served. My partner and I went to get breakfast and came back to our luggage out of our room. No notice was provided that if check out is missed, your luggage is thrown out of the room. I respect the check out time which was 11am as stated on the website, but the owner continued to argue that it was 10.30am. Our passports and luggage were placed in the common room with no supervision. It would have been nice to of been told about this eviction. I have already had my purse pick pocketed with my drivers license and would hate to have another important object stolen. When I called the owner and asked what would of happened if my passport was stolen due to the luggage being dumped in the foyer, he replied with not being able to understand — despite our 5 minute English speaking conversation before hand. Very disappointed.

Location was good and room was quite nice, but the service from the staff was quite poor and the place isn't actually a B&B (there is no breakfast, just the bed). Also, there is a staircase from the street to the b&b that is really quite high that you don't see in the photos. Didn't bother me too much but if you struggle with stairs I would not recomend this place.
