➜ Nice place to stay in La Spezia. Close enough to everything.
➜ Nice Owners flexible schedules. Room, bed and linen clean. The Building is in the center of Spice and close to the important places and the parking of the station, only solution, with payment 1, 50 euro now on the day 60, 20 to 8 cents to put the car. All external parking spaces are paid or residents, you will not have a parking pass. The tourist tax for spice is 2, 50 euros. Breakfast is offered (cappuccino or tea or coffee + croissants) in two nearby bars, the room has a fridge air conditioning and the possibility of making a hot herbal tea. Do not take the candies, I advise you. It is a very simple reality that can fit for a night'S rest but not for a long stay. Indoors no window on the outside no direct light. The rooms overlook a closed courtyard. Humid Environment and smell of stuffy that you rightly try to cover with an indoor deodorant. The mattress is soft and hard but that's a detail. That's the problem, it's fine for a two nights but if you enter the details you notice many imperfections, which are found in the photos. The bathroom is small and has no bidet. The building in which it is located has probably undergone a fire to the switchboards that have been replaced, you will unfortunately find all The cables exposed. (The Review is June 2018 I hope that in the future this problem is resolved and therefore this indication is no longer truthful). In Short, for 70 euros think about it. Rather Take a vacation home more out.

Best place ever. We loved it. The room was clean and spacious and our hosts were fabulous. Very safe and affordable.
