➜ Structure maintained to perfection, clean and tidy with two precise, welcoming and extraordinary owners.
Strategic point to visit the historic villas and parks also perfect for a swim in the sea and a romantic walk. Definitely try the breakfast cakes, the day will start off on the right foot!
To complete a unique structure, three wonderful maine coons, a pond with goldfish and a beautiful garden.
A must try and come ❤️ back.

➜ We had wonderful days at Villa Moderna and in Nervi. The lovingly prepared breakfast was a great start to the day and always lovingly and individually prepared. Selua and Matteo are the perfect hosts with good tips and suggestions for the area. We can highly recommend the hotel.
