Nicely decorated Camogli B&B in prime location just a few steps away from the waterfront. Francesca is a wonderful host & greeted us with warmth & welcome hospitality. We arrived after a long drive from Porto Santo Stefano & parked the car a short distance from our room unloaded luggage & Francesca guided us to a secure park 10 min walk away. 10 min because your stopping to take pics of the beautiful coastline.! Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, tv, great shower. The communal kitchen was well presented with tea & coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster. Each table was set out with jams, pastries, bread, cereal, fruit juice & eggs were also supplied in the fridge. There are many places to eat close by & the little harbour is lovely. A short walk & you arrive at the train station. Santa Margherita is one stop away where you can catch a bus or ferry to Portofino for a day trip. The church in Santa Margherita is not to be missed. Overall had a great stay at La Gioia B&B & definitely recommend.
