Absolutely loved my stay here. I cannot thank the team enough for their hospitality, kindness & warmth! They go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The rooms are so big, clean & lovely — the bed is gigantic! Balcony has a gorgeous view! Restaurant provided delicious meals & great selection of drinks at the bar. The pool is to die for — perfect way to relax, & also overlooks beautiful scenery. Would always recommend this hotel & the staff — just perfect! Thanks so much for everything!

Lovely hotel on a hill overlooking the city and the sea. Shuttle takes you to town or train or boat whenever you want! Great bartender and good food. Front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Not the place it seams in the photos and advertising. I think there are some internal problems, lass stuff, no active pool service with beverages and snacks, you need to ask for everything. Friendly stuff.

Beautifully located on the mountain, walking not far to the train station, beach a bit far and parking on the beach quite expensive. Good dinner in the hotel, nice pool. View of mountains and just to see the sea, not quite cheap.

As a 4-star hotel a fiasco: We were very unlucky that we had the room under the restaurant. And since the hotel is designed for efficiency (easy and quick cleaning), the floors consist entirely of tiles. This allows you to hear every step and every chair slipping. So there was no thought of a relaxed sleeping — it was loud until after 11pm and then again from 6am. Overall, the hotel is very noisy — is constantly buzzing something or rattling — proper relaxation has not set in.
The breakfast is very rich but rather arbitrary/interchangeable. And a large part is packed separately again — garbage in rough quantities.
The staff is very friendly, symphatic and helpful (for excursions, attractions, surroundings), but due to the high noise level I tried to spend as little time as possible in the hotel.

Great location Staff speaks French. Sauna Swimming Pool Turkish bath well. Perfect room. Top tips for both the Randos and the restaurants. Shuttle to the center to be available.

Very clean, cozy and elegant structure, even the corridors are a spectacle! Beautiful paintings! Spacious and elegant room, huge bed and comfortable (not discounted), bathroom just as much and as I mentioned, but it is to be rewarded really, cleanliness! and meticulous! Congratulations! Exceptional swimming pool with waterfall and entrance to the SPA on the same level, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and herbal teas. What a spectacle!
The hotel is immersed in the green, quiet and view the location allows you to arrive with agility to the center and then the opportunity to visit the marvel of the Cinque Terre!
But especially the staff is very kind and helpful! To reward! Our compliments and thanks to the owners! Excellent cuisine and important thing I didn't think to spend like that! Costs more than just!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful… The hotel hygiene was to the satisfied level… and their breakfast was good and had a good variety. Besides its location which is very close to Levanto railway station that takes you to the picturesque villages of Cinque Terre… The whole experience was amazing.

Wonderful Hotel, very comfortable. Very nice staff and friendliest. Top quality restaurant. We spent 3 lovely days there. Excellent location, close to the train station (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes with the free shuttle always available). At the reception they recommended the best options to visit the 5 Terre. A tiring weekend but unforgettable.

We are staying here just now. I cannot fault one thing… it is immaculate everywhere. We have a fantastic room. Coffee machine and kettle… extremely comfortable beds… peaceful… amazing bathroom… lots of additional toiletries etc. An abundance of quality towels. Best breakfast I've ever had in Europe… dinner as good as in London and lovely wines. I'm as happy as I could ever be… I recommend this hotel as highly as possible.

If you are driving in to visit Cinque Terre this hotel is an ideal base. It is a big an well maintained property. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and put a lot of effort to make sure you can visit everything. At chekin we got a map with all good Levanto restaurants marked on it, and boat and train schedules. You can buy boat tickets from the reception — no need to line up in the harbor. The hotel is close to the train station, but perched on a hill. However, they run a very efficient free shuttle system to drop you off and pick you up from anywhere in Levanto. You can also walk from the train station, but it is a 15 minute hike. Breakfast was also very good for a 4-star hotel.

What a wonderful experience from the first moment you check in to the moment you sadly have to depart. We were greeted with a friendly smile and whilst we were just planning on leaving our luggage at reception they allowed us to check in early. The amount of information that is provided on check in is fantastic, from how to best see the Cinque Terre to doing hikes in the local area and the best restaurants in town. The staff are so lovely and helpful, even providing a free sh…uttle service into town and if you don't feel like walking all the way up the steps to get back you can give them a call and they will pick you up from town too! Once in the room we were amazed at how large the room was and it was spotless. The bathroom was immaculate and the toiletries provided were beautiful. The only thing that could be improved would be the hair dryer as they still use those ones that are attached to the wall. We are both fussy when it comes to beds and pillows but no complaints here, so comfy but that could also have had something to do with the day full of walking we did too. The pool area was lovely and the view was just gorgeous and with the sounds of the church bells ringing across the town you can't help but feel relaxed. The absolute highlight for me was the Turkish bath and the emotional showers which are fully inclusive of the room rate. I felt like I was in a day spa.

Great hotel, staff extremely courteous and helpful, room was clean and quiet, very good breakfast. Comfortable enough to get to the train station and the city centre: approximately 10 minutes walk but with a steep path. The all events the hotel offers a free shuttle service. Too bad not having tried the spa and pool.
