Unfortunately I write this review without having the "pleasure" to stay at this accommodation. The owner (s) of this property are extremely unprofessional, and unaccommodating, to potential guests. They were argumentative and rude when attempting to resolve a small, simple, rate adjustment for one night's stay. If this is their behavior prior to my touching foot on Roman soil, I would never give them my money. It is no shock to see why they don't have much business to begin with, as they don't see to understand customer value or service. I do NOT recommend!
