Sergio and his dad were great, gave us a lot of information, they were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is quite good since the place is 100 meters away from metro Cipro. Definitively would recommend to friends and familyand hopefully we would come back.

Wonderful family run business! Accomodations were excellent and breakfast was equally so. Very warm staff, you can see how much they care about their establishment.

A clean, comfortable and cost-effective place to stay in Rome. The owner, and his father who helps him, were very friendly and helpful and check-in couldn't have been easier. The room itself (Superior Room) was spacious and a pleasant place to be, and we wouldn't hesitate to return here in the future. Highly recommended to all!

We had 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. This is without doubt, the best service you will get in whole Italy. Father and son, runs this place so good. And like everyone else says, you get all the info you need, and more. It's so good. And the breakfast is so nice, the owner is standing in the kitchen together with you and cook for you. Service overload. Will I come back. 1000%

Beautiful rooms, so clean! The staff were so kind and accommodating and let you know everything you needed to know! Rome centre is a few stops away on the metro where you can get off at top tourist destinations such as the Trevi Fountain, Vatican and so on! Would definitely recommend here and would stay again! Quaint little guest house a short walk from the Vatican. Sergio and Gianluca were unbelievable hosts. Full of knowledge and tips, from bus routes to restaurants, nothing was too much trouble for them. Genuine friendly people who made our first trip to Rome great. Thanks again.

We stayed one night at this property. Just great. Gianluca and his son Sergio were very kind and helpful. Tips on where to eat were also helpful. The property is PULITISSIMA, the rooms perfect and equipped with all the comforts. In our electric shuts, air conditioning, double shower with chromotherapy, safe, night lights, private balcony. Definitely recommended. When we return to Rome we will definitely try to stay here again. One last thing. It is in a perfect location to reach the Olympic Stadium or the Vatican and the monuments in the area.

For those who want to stay in an apartment I recommend it. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms. Perfect toilet facilities. Great TV in the room, superior as size and quality even at hotels TV. Friendly and helpful owners.

Very clean room, new, large size bed and comfortable, TV with Internet access (YouTube Netflix…), Wifi with good connection, new bathroom with a shower to relax (very very clean), common dining room with everything you need, quiet stay, etc… And best of all your hosts! A 10! For both of us! Recommended 100%! Ah! And very close to the Vatican!

Really nice place to stay during visiting Vatican. Apartment owner is helpful, he gives us maps and recommend some places to eat. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. It is close to Vatican. Unfortunately there is quite far from the centrum, so if you choose to go by foot everywhere it can be exhausting … but not impossible :)

Rooms spotless. Good price and very friendly. Vatican 5 min walk. Free parking near the station. You can call abroad without paying. Breakfast prepared before your eyes. Each room + bathroom.

Wonderful viewing experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this B&B in November and had an amazing stay. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, the bedrooms were spotless and our private bathroom was just perfect. The B&B is about a 10-15 walk to the Vatican city itself, but it is right nearby a metro station which can take you right to the centre of town in about 20-30 minutes. It was nice to get away from the craziness of Rome's tourist sites, even in the off-season. The breakfast in the morning is the best I've seen in a hostel or B&B, there's a choice of pretty much whatever you'd like. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome.
