Excellent welcome from the manager first of all who made us wait with a delicious coffee from the hotel bar, then a very professional welcome from the receptionist. I would like to point out that the manager and the receptionist speak perfect French! The hotel has been renovated very recently, the rooms are perfect, very clean air conditioning, in-room safe, … ah yes the breakfast is to die for sweet / salty, the catering staff is very friendly
this hotel is ideally located close to the metro and Termini train station.
we chose it on the various positive comments we were not disappointed. I highly recommend.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, the cleaning is very thorough, breakfast is plentiful and is served at the table.
In addition to what has been said, in my opinion the added value is given by the reception staff always present and available, they always welcome with a smile and make every request their own trying to make the customer feel at home.
The service definitely goes beyond the 3 stars it has.

Hotel new super clean welcome great, professional staff and always smiling! A 2 min walk from termini station. Breakfast until 11am and chckout 11:30am. They were all like that. Highly recommended hotel!
