The accommodation is good and you are in the middle of Rome in close proximity to many attractions.
It's clean and breakfast is okay.

Really good place, in the center of the city, our bedrom is in front of the ruins, really exceptional, services more than perfect, little noisy during the night, but nothing that decreise my positive feeling, good place to stay.

You can't really call this place a hotel. It is a building floor with 4 specious bedrooms, a breakfast area. The host welcomes you at home. Everything is available. The view is very clear as the windows overlook excavations of a landscaped Roman space bordered without access to the public. The view looks directly onto a pedestrian path.
The hotel is very modern and I highly recommend it for people who are not looking for the hotel atmosphere, but rather the guest room atmosphere. It is well located in Rome. Many buses pass nearby, and even the tram.
As everywhere, it circulates early
and you will surely be awakened by the sirens of ambulances. This is part of Roman folklore. They must love making noise. Place at 4 stars as I loved spending 4 nights.

Good location.

Our stay at Temple View was absolutely superb! We were in the silver room which had a spectacular view out onto the ruins, the room was fantastic (beds incredibly comfortable, shower excellent) and Roton looked after us wonderfully well and couldn't have been more helpful. All of the sights were within a short walk or a quick bus journey and every bus imaginable seemed to pass through the square. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Temple View to anyone visiting Rome!

A great guest house in a very central part of Rome within walking distance to all the major places of interest. Jetto the manager is just fantastic. I'd recommend it to anybody.

Spent a week in the Orange Room — impeccable! Daily room service is amazingly detailed. Open breakfast area with access to common fridge. Free bottled water throughout your stay. Located next to Vespa/bicycle rental place. Must arrive before 5pm for check in. Right next to major bus hub and tram stop which takes you over into Travestere.

Tough to find — small sign to a shared entrance around the corner from where we expected. However, once inside, the view is great, the staff is very helpful — it feels like a home, including shared fridge — eat what you want when you want. Fast Wi-Fi, close to public transportation.

Excellent in the heart of roma.
