Elegant atmosphere in one of the most strategic and beautiful points of Rome. The rooms are spacious and furnished with care, the bathrooms are nothing short of wonderful. The staff is professional and courteous. This is one of the best places to stay in all of Rome.

Indecision was between 2 and 3 stars. They are all given by the comfort of the location of this hotel. Very close to Villa Borghese, a few steps from Termini Station and convenient for those who want to turn Rome on foot. In 10 minutes you are in the Spanish Steps. The hotel is in a very special facility. Nice the very simple modern environment of the rooms. Good reception. But we come to the negative points. Lack of lock in the bathroom. It's not a problem per se, but it's a small thing that could improve it all. During the shower, made in the evening, suddenly the water closed and never came back. Remained soaped I could not do anything but dry and put myself in bed. The problem is not of the hotel, but of the city of Rome that closes the water to sector… In 2018 Rome the capital closes the acquaaaa?
I state that the shower has not lasted much, just 5 minutes…
A real shame.
Then breakfast in the room a little poor, but quick.
The experience of per se has not been totally negative, but for the cost of the room, you expect much more!

Stay from 06/06 to 09/06/2017. We enjoyed the reception of the staff, the cleanliness of the room. Spacious and modern room with lots of storage. Room made and toilet linen changed every day. Located in a quiet area, which is appreciable after a day of ballad. Close to shops, restaurant, cafeteria. Near all the monuments. We did all the walking tours. To recommend. Breakfast served in the room.

Used as a B for vacation. They are en-suite rooms on a second floor with elevator. The elevator was very small but enough. All rooms are interior, and the Windows overlook interior patios with air conditioning machines, so you hear noise in the rooms, little because the windows are double glazed, but something is heard. Fairly new residence, and comfortable beds, rests well on them. Breakfast is scarce, low quality and late, starting at 7:30. It's far from the city center, like 30. Walk, only has the Galleria Borghese close to 5 min. If you have a reservation to visit a monument first thing (8:30), as breakfast is at 7:30, it does not give you time.
In short, it is a place just to go to sleep, shower and poor breakfast.

Arriving the first day they sent us to another residence q didn't have anything q see. We had q sleep a night there and the next in this. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast in your room if you want. Close to the area of expensive hotels and quite close to plaza spagna… recommended.

A delicious "apartment hotel", with a completely new and modern concept. Hit me the extreme cleanliness, attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff, always on hand to anything. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the internet and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Brand new! The location is great, very close to all the shops and the most beautiful things to see in Rome. The rooms are very quiet in part because none of the Windows facing the street. I highly recommend it to everyone. It was a memorable holiday.

It is not a hotel, but an apartment! the bathroom has peeling plaster! I have added the soaps on the following day, the safe was not working!
I couldn't sleep a wink because there was music from a disc and when for 3 times, from 12.00 at 2.00, I called the night Porter, I was also teased and told me that was the sound of a tv!
