On arrival we had to do the ' Treasure Hunt ', first to the keys and then to the room, which is located two blocks away. Tiny room, with bedside tables that cannot be opened. Bathroom just as tiny, with a dirty towel. Poor sound insulation: both the external noises and the chatter of the neighbors feel perfectly. Mould on the vault of the room and smell not agreeable. Definitely not up to the expectations and the price paid (192 euros for two nights double room). This is probably a second-choice accommodation, which has nothing to do with the photos posted on Google and Booking.

Excellent Resort, very centrally located two steps from train station and Metro.

It was cold in the room, no parking, in the wardrobe there were the panties, in the bed there was hair. Gentleman at the reception on the contrary was very attentive and amiable.

It's is very good to stay there.

It is a excellent Hotel, all clean, very worried to give a good attention, with my family we were very pleased … in receiving the best attention of the lord receptionist.

We used Roma Resort Termini as a pitstop before we went north on our way back to Milan. The room itself was quite spacious and neat. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear our very loud neighbours watching TV through the night!

The rooms are not rooms, they are luxurious, clean and comfortable apartments, plus it is located in the central area, close to the most used vehicles!

Spacious studio, comfortable and very clean. Huge bathroom and quite complete kitchen. Perfect location, 1 minute from the train station, metro and buses. Receptionists amebilisimos, we got the room before check in time and the Termini area very very safe, it is the one we always chose by communication with public transport and how safe we felt.

We Settled for the new Year holidays. Professional reception. It was Convenient to leave-3min before boarding the train with suitcases. Around the corner is a classy place Mezomanika with inexpensive breakfasts. Clean, comfortable, not a new setting. Very heavy sleep from behind the buzz of the coffee shops in the yard. For The same reason it is impossible to ventilate the room-the constant smell of pizza) — I would be very pleased if the price was lower…

Very tidy and clean, the only problem is the main entrance is very hard to unlock.

Spacious, comfortable and very clean studio. Perfect location, 1 minute from the train station and Metro. Amabilisimos and the location.

We stayed here due to it's proximity to Roma Termini Station. We took day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii the day's we were here. For that purpose, amazing place. Food accross the street was great, 90sec walk to the station, easy check-in. Room was plenty good for our purposes. Down side was that it's a touristy area. Lots of agressive vendors and loud. Overall very happy with the hotel.

Total disappointment. Welcome to forget. Rooms full of dust, dirty bathroom. Shower with mold, dirty sheets, broken sockets, smell of Indian food all hours of the day, walls too thin in fact felt the neighbors room. In short, a stay to forget.

The hotel is located in the central area. The room is very small but for short term stay us ok. In the room has a mold on the wall and has a bad smell from the A/C. Room is clean and a staff very friendly. The neighborhood is not so nice. Dirty street and has lot of vendors front of the hotel. 2 min from the bus a train station. This place is good for tourist.

Ideal location close to Roma Termini train and tube station, very handy, but neighbourhood not very nice, quite dirty and noisy. I stayed in a standard double room, very very clean although no telephone in the room and closet broken. You have to go through 5 different doors with their respective keys to get to the office, kind of labyrinth. Nice staff at the reception.

Spacious apartment in a comfortable position for both those arriving by train and for those arriving from the airport by public transport (I recommend the bus). Having the kitchen was a great solution for us, but consider that the kitchen is set up in a very basic way. During the night it is quiet, only small mole (who did not deserve to remove a star) : from the door on the hallway you can hear a lot of other guests coming or going and we had neighbors who at 6:30 laughed and spoke loudly. And they woke us up. Let's say if you want to visit Rome you can not wake up too late. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel tranquilo y bien ubicado muy cerca de la estación de Termini. La atención muy buena, la habitación regular (cama bien pero ducha mejorable), el desayuno incluido dejaba bastante que desear.

Music behind the wall after 23.00 on Saturday! Sleep is not real!
