Comfortable, well located accommodation with decent continental breakfast, within about 20 minutes walk north of Vatican City and 10 minutes from the Stadio Olimpico for rugby fans!. The killer attraction is its location in a residential area, with a number of very good restaurants close by that cater for local residents and therefore serve genuine Italian food at reasonable prices, not the over-priced pap near the tourist attractions in the centre.

We spent three days in Rome in this b&b suggested by a friend. And I have to say that we had a really good time! Very nice staff and the sign mark just arrived explained through a map of Rome how to get easily in the most important squares, what means to take, where you go to eat, really all very well!
Good breakfast! And you can take advantage of things at the buffet even during the day!
Also Flexibility of schedules and additional car seat.
Really good!
Definitely if we go back to Rome, we will return to see you!

Lovely place to visite Rome. They are very kind and the know al the good spots of Rome. The have my recommendations. Plus points: Free Wifi / local tips / good location and very friendly guess house.

I stayed at this b&b for 5 nights. We had a great time from the beginning. Clean and spacious rooms equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, tvc lcd 32", windows with double glazing that allow you to well acoustically insulate the room from street noises. Breakfast is plentiful and varied (from sweet to salty to fruit). Very friendly staff and helpful to fulfill any request. Only small mole lack of a mini fridge in the room, but there was still the opportunity to access a common fridge in the breakfast room where there was water, juices and yogurt available to customers. The availability of the coffee machine and electric kettle if you wanted to make a coffee or tea/tea during the day is also very useful.
Absolutely recommended.

Excellent, Top accommodation also for several days! We were super friendly welcome and the same with the most important Tips regarding the sightseeing tour of the city provided. Marco, Roberto and Germana were very nice and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location is also very good. A bus stop is directly in front of the door and the other can be reached in 5 minutes. You can come up with the buses to the main objectives. The only drawback is the Breakfast, there is definitely a potential for improvement. We were very satisfied and will book the Hotel when you next visit!

Nice rooms, top location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. 4 stars because of the thin walls (you hear a lot although it was quiet at night) and the very basic breakfast!

Residenza Foro Italico — Comfortable apartament with two separate bedrooms in the attic (elevator in the building, all rooms have their own air condition machine). Wonderful view, fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. Apartament location is very well communicated with Vatican and city center. Close to the supermarket, nice bakery nearby. Fully recommend!

This bed and breakfast is now about a year ago my reference for Rome, people are outstanding, available throughout, clean rooms with nice bathrooms.
Great shower, spacious even for size XL, with a high pressure and temperature always pleasant.
Always clean linen and excellent soundproofing.
Generous and varied breakfast.
My job forces me to often unusual times, them my home for Rome.
Once you've experienced there is never a need to change, also the location is close to downtown and public transport.

A pleasant discovery this newly renovated bed and breakfast. Spotless, quiet and comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds and fine furniture. Maximum range of movement (there is no limit of curfew) courtesy and helpfulness of the owners. Not in the Center but is easily accessible from the metro station Ottaviano by bus or on foot.

I have been to this bed and breakfast for a weekend with my sister, who simply say excellent.
clean, simple but elegant at the same time. When we arrive the day was especially muggy, but the Manager had already bothered to let us find the Nice cool room with AC on. Breakfast excellent, nothing was missing. Great location, 8 minutes for the Olympics and 4 bus stops (stop under the bed and breakfast) to the Centre. Finally handlers, two lovely people and very funny. Definitely a place to return to and to recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in Roma In Una Stanza. Excellent service and beautiful rooms. Marco was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Helped us with information and lovely cappuccinos. Close to Vatican city and metro service. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful stay in a small Hotel, which left nothing to be desired… It is a Bed and Breakfast in a multi-storey residential complex. From the outside, definitely inconspicuous, but inside it is very tastefully designed. And above all very clean! In addition, taking care of the owners Marco so touching to the guests a holiday and enjoy the time well can use!

Due to the good reviews we have for our Rome visit for Roma in una Stanza is decided. It is the attention to Detail in the last year, converted the first floor of an apartments house, which is only about 2km from the Vatican. Admittedly, From the outside, the house is not very appealing, but the Interior makes it easily make up for that. Upon our arrival, we were Roberto, one of the three delights the room as rent received. He showed us our room at this place: The rooms look really nice, as seen on the pictures and took a lot of time, using a map to explain the sights and other places he could recommend which Bus we can take (line 32, exit diagonally to the left of the Hotel from the other side of the street, between 4 min (in the Morning) and 10 min (Midday/Evening) ) to the Vatican, etc, We felt directly in good hands. In the mornings from 8:00 — 10:00 Breakfast, which, to the extent not already pre-booked for five Euro per Person cost. There were boiled eggs, cold meats, juice, tea, coffee, Toast, all these Italian sweet bread, Nutella, Cornflakes, … Everything is nice and served in a sweet Breakfast :) We have it every day, and for Italian standards very satisfied. Also the other two hosts were very friendly and exceptionally gästeorientiert — even at three o'clock in the Night! Everything was very clean and well maintained, the rooms are like new — even the bathroom! Conclusion:Absolutely recommendable.

B and B is very convenient, in the meadows near the Marine Barracks Grazioli Lante, Rome and close to the Vatican.

Finally, a stylish boutique hotel with spacious and spotless.
The Foro Italico and then the Olympic Stadium are reachable on foot but in fact Saint Peter's basilica is easily accessible (15/18 min walk).
The bike path below and the useful ability to take bikes from the Boutique Hotel, give the opportunity to move to the Centre of Rome to discover corners, squares, alleys and squares that would be otherwise unexplored with ordinary public transport, the latter, however, only a few steps away.

An elegant hotel at the price of a bed and breakfast.
