Found by accident for our stay in Rome… great value for money. The very spacious quadruple… the kitchen with everything you need… owner Cristina. A special person. Available for everything. There seemed to be home.

Good Hotel. Nice Room and good Service.

No breakfast, you can make coffee for your self, hot water limiter. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Very large and comfortable.

Room and bathroom were nice. Beautiful terrace. Kitchen stocked with drinks. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Difficult to find.

Close to termini station. Very friendly staff on arrival (not have seen him). Correct room. All very familiar.

We booked this B&B by chance — but we have successful! Quiet, very familiar and completely at your own pace. I like the breakfast in the communal kitchen with other guests and the terrazita.

Very good clean and welcoming beb uproarious Christina who runs everything for passion and don't work! Brava.

We have been this summer and I have only words of thanks to Cristina and her partner.

An experience to forget! They loaded US 80% of the reserve to the Board three months before our trip and to pay the rest demanded we pay full. Because they were not extract… Zero professionalism. Anything I liked. Do not I recommend it to anyone. Eye Spaniards with go here that you do not pass to us.

Cristina, who is in charge of this B&B is a very kind person. She is always willing to help in any matter and gives a good introduction to the city of Rome. The services of this place worked very well all the time and to get around Rome is very convenient as it is only a short walk from the metro stations.

We were advised to stay here and it was such a pleasure! It is very much in the center, in a non-touristic area. You get to the first floor into a beautiful apartment, and you have one of the 5 rooms. They are big and nicely furnished. Our bathroom was big and comfortable as well. And we even had a roof terrace! You pay little and you get so much! Our hostess Christina was very kind and helpful. It felt as a warm welcome in this city because of her. The breakfast is a bit small, you get it in the cafe on the corner, but this place is so special. Only locals come there, and you get the best cappuccino for 30 euro cents! As well as great sandwiches. So if one coffee and a croissant is not enough, you can get yourself full for very cheap price, watching all the colorful locals inside. :-)
