Situato nelle immediate vicinanze del Colosseo. Ideale per uso turistico e business. Ha un comodo parcheggio interno a pagamento. Camere un po' vissute ma buona pulizia. Nella norma la colazione.

A step away from the Colosseum, in a central and quiet area. Great location.

Nice Hotel, very nice staff, practical being only 500 meters from the Colosseum and the Metro.

Rather nice hotel, with a competitive price when booked at the last moment on booking, its location makes it a good start for a ball to the Colosseum, the Paladin, and the fountain of Trevis.

Hotel located in a very cereal location, in 5 minutes you are at the Colosseum. The rooms maybe a bit outdated but overall comfortable. The breakfast Having participated in the marathon in Rome, after the race we were allowed to shower in two rooms made available. Only drawback you can not keep the radiators in the ball the month of April and also the knob was broken and you could not close. We do the parking but you pay apart.

Corrupted administrator has problems with money, so he demands them from every visitor. Never seem to have enough. Stay away from this toxic hotel as far as you can!

Good location. Walking distance from Colloseum. Heater is so high and you can not change temperature being locked in wooden box. You think of starting ac. It will make so loud noice (something disturbing inner fan) that you have to turn it off. Shower panel in bath can not hold shower at top. Everything in hotel is very old (I would use ancient word instead) including building itself.

Great location. Walking distance (about 10 minutes) to colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and pantheon. Vatican City is a one hour walk, so not that bad. Hotel is not updated, but if you’re looking for something basic to lay your head this is the spot. Great breakfast included. Only downsides were the thin walls and tiny showers.

Excellent location You can walk in 3 minutes to the Colosseum. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The building was somewhat outdated, you could improve the smell of the bathrooms…

The truth was not expecting me so much, and I was surprised by this hotel. The service has been excellent, the rooms comfortable and very quiet and warm, sometimes too. The breakfast was very good and the room was very very and comfortable. Also in a unique enclave and located a few minutes from the Colosseum and with many services around to buy, eat or dine. Highly recommended!

Hotel in a nice location staff and clean rooms, albeit with limited spaces.

Excellent location, rooms have all you need. Breakfast is ok, cleanliness could be improved. All in all a good choice close to the colosseum.

Pretty gross. Stinks, wallpaper peeling off the walls, only 1 plug socket! Don’t let the entrance and exterior fool you! Definitely better places to stay in Rome for similar price. Here for business so in and out, thankfully.

Nice hotel for a short stay, but anything more than that would certainly get boring because they have the same stuff everyday in breakfast.

A few steps from the Colosseum! It was very quiet and clean. International breakfast. A must to keep in mind for a stay in the capital!

Exactly everything we touched was ready to fall apart. The power outlets, the cupboard doors, towel hooks in the bathroom, literally every door handle, the lamps, the toilet flushing mechanism etc. Etc. The breakfast was stale and boring. Over boiled eggs, dry bread, warm fruit juice. The one thing that kept us here was the AC since it was the hottest week in over 10 years (close to 40 C each day). We had a balcony but it was occupied by two AC outlets that blew hot air on you from both sides. The beds were steel tent beds with faux wooden headboards to make them look fancier. Since there was 3 of us, the 3rd bed comprised of a disassembled couch laying on the floor. It was almost not long enough for me. Wi-Fi was horribly slow. Less than 10 minute walk from colosseum though, which was nice I guess. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they didn't seem rude from our experience.

Great location 10 min walk to coliseum 20 min to termini.

The worst hotel experience I have had to date. The front desk staff was extremely hostile towards me and treated me very rudely despite me always being friendly, respectful and cheerful. Breakfast was absolutely terrible and the hotel is located in a dangerous area despite its proximity to the attractions around it.

I stayed last night at the Hotel Edera, it was a great experience, the rooms were clean and disinfected, the reception friendly and helpful, the breakfast complete and exhaustive, really rich in delicacies and kindness, in the room we did not have Need anything, I spent a wonderful romantic Weekend in Rome, thank you very much!

The hotel was very nice although our bed was two single beds pushed together but its so close to everything and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Would return!

Hotel conveniently located near Colosseum area. Five minute walking to the metro stop and 10 to Termini station. The room was comfortable and quite. Staff very gentle. I'll stay in again when back in Rome.

The hotel was pretty good, what was bad was the Wi-Fi connection which was going something wrong.

Extremely impolite staff. Very rude and unprepared. If you have the chance oh booking another hotel, do it.

Overall we liked this hotel. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was very good and had things like shampoo and soap. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was appropriate for the price point. It had AC in the bedroom and it was a lifesaver since we went in the summer and Rome was way too hot for us. Another good thing with the bedroom is that we had a minifridge which made it easy for us to buy some food and drinks and keep it cool during our stay. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, it wasn't nice at all. It was basically bread (which was a bit hard by the way), a variety of 3/4 sausages sliced, tomato salad, cake, the most basic cereal you can find and canned fruit salad. The very friendly lady working the room brings coffee and milk, but that's about as exciting as it gets, we expected more after seeing how nice the rest of the hotel was. One of the receptionists was lovely, very friendly and helpful guy. His name is Adriano, he helped us a lot by giving food suggestions, showing us things on the map, telling us how to get to places and suggestions. We found the location to be very good, we walked to the colosseum in around 5 minutes through a park nearby, it had supermarkets and restaurants around, very close to Termini Station too and other comodities. Overall it's a nice budget hotel and we would be happy to return.

Clean, cheap and close to tourist attractions.

Small room, small bed, small shower. Good location near to Colosseo and metro station. Regular breakfast. Good staff. If you are going there, ask for twin room instead a double room.

Pros: Good location. Large room, clean, nice courtyard for smoking and socializing. Good cafes around. For the best place around to eat go to Brancaccio Caffe. Our favorite dish was the 4 cheese Gnocci dish. Excellent dish. Had it 3 times. They also have the best ice cream in the world. The service was great and the owner Ilir was very attentive to our needs everytime we were there. He was also very informative. To find the cafe walk out of Edera, turn right and walk to the second street. Turn left and walk to the next street, cross street to cafe (Brown and Yellow sign), outside seating. Excellent wine also. Lotus Del Mediterranio, Via Carlo Botta 7/A has good food for americans also. Cons: Wi-Fi not free. 5 euro for 3 hours. No room safe. Safety box at front desk but not big enough for laptop. Will stay there again if ever in Rome.

Everything has changed:

rooms: small, clean, with air-conditioning and refrigerator
bathroom: spacious with shower and hair dryer
Breakfast until 10: 00: buffet with sausage, cheese, eggs, jam, nutella, yoghurt, müsli, fruits, cakes, pastries, cakes, fruit salad, to the drink there are fruit juices, water, milk, tea and coffee. It was after served everything always.
There is even a bathroom for guests who need to check out early in the but only in the evening drive in the basement!

Hotel is okay but should be rated 2 stars instead of 3, IMHO. Room was small, some furniture was not very new (bed&mattress, wallpaper). Well located. Staff was nice and helpful. No problem overall. I would stay there again.
