The owner name is Roberto and he is such a nice proud owner and very friendly. He is very helpful The service and the breakfast were great The location is amazing, it is just in the middle of Rome and every thing.

The place is beautiful,. The Big room. And the bathroom comfortable all, air conditioning, large bed, all clean, good breakfast and excellent attention, steps from the Colisse better impossible.

A decent spot to stay in the city. The entrance are two large wooden doors with a small sign to the right. Room was warm. Breakfast was sparse, mostly grains. Shower was great! Good pressure and temp, however since this place is basically just 8 rooms on one half of a floor of a historical building, if someone flushes be prepared for lava. If you're headed to the Forum and Colleseum and aren't very picky it will be a good value.

Great value for money, excelllent location. Wifi was good, nice pillows and towels. The gentleman in the reception was very helpful. Ask for a room looking into the backyard — the view is not attractive, but there is a very popular restaurant on the street which gets very noisy at night… Breakfast is very basic (toast, jam, cheese, water, nutella, plastic wrappef croissants).

Room was too small for a family of 4 but it was in a brilliant location with the Coloseum a 5 minute walk away. Everything was fine except for the room size.

They are cheat don't book them and beware of them because this is not a property nor this is a hotel. Cheaters.

Great inn! 5 min from the Colosseum and the Forum. The place is clean and quite, there's a simple breakfast available during the entire day. There's a lot of nice restaurants around, just avoid the tourists traps in the main street.

Vicino al Colosseo cheap clean and helpful staff, includes a refrigerator to grab a snack at any time.

Wonderful hotel, great location, magnificent hotel guide, all in all have been an excellent weekend! Come back! Many thanks to Roberto! :)

Beautiful old building located 5 minutes walking from Colosseum. Coffee, tea and small snacks available 24 hours in help yourself kitchen. Big freezer in kitchen so it was nice to put our water bottles in for the next day. Very clean and friendly staff. Only hotel we found that had 4 beds in a room. Very good Wi-Fi and good working AC. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
