At first I was scared because it looked like a hole in the wall and wasn't rated as highly as we normally stay in. But my fears were unfounded and the service and desk staff were polite and helpful. Would stay again. Location was great too. Thanks Marco and Livo!

We loved the location of the hotel, just a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum, very nice and neat hotel. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and Frigobar just keep in mind that the hotel is located on the second floor of a building.

Comfortable and modest room. Good breakfast. And very attentive the reception staff and the breakfast room. They provided very good suggestions for assembling the tours.

The rooms were nice except for the fact that the toilet did not work along with the lights in our room and the shower. But it is in great walking distance and not to much. Beds are like cardboard, this morning I woke up and I was stiff. Breakfast was ok, not bad but not good.

Rest well and quiet. Good breakfast. Central and close to get to know Ancient Rome.

Beautiful, very practical location because close to termini and in a few minutes you will also arrive at the Colosseum. Clean and well appointed rooms, friendly staff and very helpful. Absolutely excellent prices. I recommend it.

A heavy smell in the room. We slept with the window open that overlooks a courtyard dirty. The breakfast is bad and just. Disappointing absolute and abusive price. Location excellent. The water of the. Shower goes hot and then cold and then hot. A disaster.

Worst experience, the placement of hotel is bad its like a flat thing and someone called police to have a check on us, although we have european passpoorts.

I was there four nights and I'm very happy. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast: I see a lot of people complain about fruit and stuff. If you want luxury, pay an expensive 5 star. Breakfast at Mosaic Central had many options for infusions, doughs, ham and cheese, bread and other options. Complete and fill to embark on a day of long walks. The location: near Termini, three blocks (cute area, not afraid), behind the Church Santa Maria Maggiore, and 5-15 minutes walk from the attractions. Your receptionists all!

Convenient and cheap rooms very nice and clean great for both those who go to Rome for work and for tourism.

The rating is low for two reasons: the first, when I took the room I found human excrement on the bathroom floor. And the second reason is because after reporting the fact, they just went, cleaned and ready, nothing happened here. Not an eye for the last bad time.

It has a good location, close to Termini and the historic quarter. The rooms are kept clean, and at the reception there is always someone, they are all very friendly. The only downside I touched was the water in the morning that was cold two consecutive days.

Dirty, very dirty. The bathroom smelled so dizzy. With the door closed and the extractor on, the room stinks. Breakfast reduced though for what breakfast I had, enough. Friendly Staff. Location, good. Although I don't care, it looked out over a courtyard that was not a delight to see. How I don't stop in the room, I don't care. The smell… Unbearable.

It's All great. Perfect Room and all new. Nothing to do with the hotels that are normally in Rome. Buffet-style Breakfast… With the perfect variety for this type of hotel. My valuation is a 10. They help You in everything you ask and always give you a solution. If we go back to Rome it is already the third time… We repeat without a doubt.

Nice rooms, well maintained and clean. Everything is new and the staff is very helpful. Nice location, walked almost all times.

The staff is very nice, the breakfast included is very average. The doors are fine, you can hear the other guests coming home at night.

Good location, somewhat hard to find because there were no sign outside. Excellent service very helpful, just know that you have to pay the tourist tax in cash upon arrival. 3€/person/night (same in all hotels in Italy). Staffed reception 24/7. Rooms was clean and big with good AC (auto, cool, dry, fan and heat function). Had a small refrigerator and safe in the room. Had a full body mirror. Beds weren't the most comfortable, madrass kind of shaped like a McDonald's M. The rooms were quiet but you could easily hear if someone was in the hallway. The breakfast was OK, if you don't expect much. One type of bread, two types of cereal, cheese, ham and some baked goods. No fruit or vegetable.

Good place to stay and visit Rome.

Good quality for the price. It is very well situated, so that you can go walking to many interesting areas of Rome, and the rest in the metro, as the station of Termini is quite close. The breakfast are correct. To me personally I liked the cappuccino preparing. The rooms were spacious (at least the one that touched us to the us) and high ceilings. Cleaning OK, and since then we do not spend anything cold. It was January and I think that was a little of the hand in the heating. We had to close a little bit the radiator. The staff, friendly and attentive. We were children in the group, and asked for something of Colacao or similar, and the next day we bought a cocoa soluble. Small details that make to better your experience. In summary, all very well and happy with the hotel.

For me and my 5 best friends coming to Rome for the first time for 4 days we did not know what to expect and realistically where to go or anything but the staff at this hotel were brilliant so helpful and so kind they even showed us on a map where to go and organised our taxis for us! Very clean rooms couldn't ask for better service! Would stay here again and was horrible to leave : (thank you so much!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was our first time in Rome and was worried about knowing where to go and how to get there. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Showing us a map and crossed off everything possible for us to do. Booked us taxis and sorted out transfers to and from the airport. The rooms were so clean, the hospitality couldn't have Been any better. Would 100% stay here again.

Clean modern room. Good location. Walking distance from the station and all of the main tourist attractions. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Only down side was not to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

I stayed two nights myself and my two young children, ages 7 and 11. The room was very nice, the reception was always open and the person who Atendia spoke Castilian.
The room was comfortable, but the furniture and mattresses were new and decorated all with taste. The air conditioner a little bit scarce for hot days but. Enough. The room was clean and the bathroom also had little problem with the hot water in the shower which I think for low pressure did not get to heat properly even though in the sink if it arrived with power.
We were on another floor, as the hotel (in Spain we would say it is a hostel) has hab. On several floors in a block of flats. In spite of that it was not annoying to go to breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was very good. Miss something hot, or more variety of sausage, or some fruit, but for the price fantastic.
The hubicacion of the hotel is amazing. With my two children and with suitcases I was in 7 min at the train station and to get to the Coliseum in 10 min. There is also a metro station on the Pza de la Republica 5 min from the hotel. Around the hotel there are many souvenir shops and plenty of restaurants, one quite interesting right below.
In short, for quality fantastic price, if I go back to Rome I will return to this hotel.

Newly renovated rooms and comfortable beds. Bath also top! Breakfast with rolls, croissants, pastries, jam honey, ham, cheese, juice, milk, cornflakes and super delicious coffee.
There is nothing more to do.

Perfect solution and within walking distance of the metro station and Termini station. Small, but very nice and clean, staff friendly and well trained staff.

The staff is very welcoming, small but well organized, comfortable and very clean, the area is just a few minutes from the most important monuments. Breakfast is not huge but well organized. I will if you deliver a trip to Rome.
