Friendly and friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, full breakfast and very affordable price, closer to the metro and bus. Super recommended! A round of applause for Alessia! Very kind and nice.

I recommend you don't break anything like we did… The first night we slipped the key into the front door and it broke. Since then we have become B-series customers. We weren't even allowed to have a coffee, while the other guests cooked and no one told them anything. In short, a bad experience. Not to mention that on our arrival we were charged 50 euros resort fees, to our amazement! If I had known that instead of 400 euros I would have had to pull out another 50 I would have gone somewhere else for sure!
let's talk about breakfast? w0 people in a room 3 meters by 3 or so… I went to buy milk and coffee and breakfast I was doing it myself… then mo they forbade using the stove (I repeat only to me and my partner because the others cook! ) and I had to buy soluble coffee. Good thing all this happened beautiful fantastic Rome! ah another thing. The bathroom tablet moved left and right and the shower phone didn't feel up. Congratulations.

Personale molto disponibile, mi ha seguito sin dal mio arrivo a Roma Termini fino alla stanza, la camera è pulita ed in ordine, non ha comfort particolari ma di certo non ci si può lamentare. Colazione buona, e personale davvero molto accogliente e disponibile. Il posto lascia un po' a desiderare, bisogna spostarsi con la metro verso il centro e la strada per arrivarci non è certo di quelle più comode, tuttavia visto il prezzo ottimo si può chiudere un occhio.

Very, very small shower and double bed is two singles pushed together. Our room was not cleaned during our four night stay even though it said on the sheet that cleaning is daily and no power twice with threats of not fixing it if we left the aircon on while we were out in 37 degree heat with a 5 month old by message and not face to face. Would not recommend this one at all.

Check in available from 10am. Waiting in the corridor for English attendant, not even sorry. Rooms wasn't ready still at 12. Wi-Fi not working even after reminding everyday. Giving 1 star as they have friendly stuff. Otherwise not worth of staying it.

It's cool. Above expectations. Clean. Next to the Vatican. Bus 46 and 49 go downtown. The stop is close. Breakfast is served. I'll advise everyone.

Overpriced, breakfast and coffe is teribble.

Despite the fact that the prepayment for a double was made for a month and a half, first settled in 3-triple, the next morning-in a single, and only on the fourth day of stay has achieved that and so it should be originally. The staff are very friendly and knocking. Stay in Rome thanks to the staff of the hotel spoiled. And this is taking into account that the trip is timed to the birthday.

Excellent B&B via Aurelia behind the Vatican. Renovated rooms air conditioned parking quite easy. Honest prices. Bus Stop x The center under the door. Convenient. Pity that the buses pass when they believe better but it is the fault of ATAC. Close enough to the Metro Valle Aurelia.

Exquisite Alessia who welcomed us as if we were at home, quadruple room composed of two double rooms with shared bathroom spacious and spotless, comfortable beds, quiet area but very comfortable (in 20 minutes walk to St. Peter), served by bus and close to Metro. Definitely!

We reserved this B&B place hoping to have an affordable hotel close to the Vatican and other Rome attractions. However, it was an absolute horrible and stuffy room with little ventilation and no functioning AC, and despite telling those in charge several times of this, it was never fixed during our stay. Also, the "free included breakfast" just consisted of coffee and crackers. Total disappointment and not nearly enough for children. Also, they were extremely picky about when you have to leave during the day, what you can put on the beds, and also the many keys to get in. All in all, I do not recommend, because it was not even affordable being over $100 per night with a hidden and extremely high tax fee.

Kindness and infinite patience of the girls in charge! Impeccable and comfortable rooms. Ample spaces. The best cappuccino!

At time of review I had only stayed one night and not eating the breakfast yet. Rooms were clean and well maintained but the sound proofing is poor and other guest can be heard quickly.

Simple but clean rooms and sympathetic service for little money. A bus stop is right outside the door.
