Experience not to scream. The rooms are not the ones you see in the pictures. Very different and much more sloppy.

Just left the place … I would recommend it. Only kindness and welcome by Andrea … clean … the eye wants its part for furniture … really nice … located in the Center near the Coliseum … who say more … we return with my family soon. Thank you, thank you.

Excellent location: 10 min from the Colosseum (metro line B), bus stop and tram just outside, 10 min from Femrata Manzoni (metro line A). Andrea, the owner, is very courteous, takes care of the breakfast (excellent), is always ready to answer every question and is available at any time for any need. It was a very nice hotel.
Maximum freedom: The owner delivers the keys to the door so that they can be totally free with regard to timetables.

That's great. The place is very comfortable close to the Colisso and the people are very friendly 100% recommended excellent location.

Andrea very kind and helpful, provided us with valuable advice on restaurants/itineraries… B&B cozy, in a quiet area and 2 steps from the center.

I wanted to book with them and I send them a text via Facebook. They responded first and when I asked them more questions they read the message and never responded. I waited for over 2 weeks for their response.

First I want to say hello to Andrea and Sally. Andrea was a great host. We stayed at this place from June 5-10-2016. The room is big for four people, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

The guy who greeted us was friendly and made us a super breakfast! It is in walking distance from the Colosseum. A negative thing, but maybe does not depend on them: at the end of October, no heating in the room was definitely cold.

This is not a hotel, but rooms on the first floor of the house that I rent. Very elegant location, from the Colosseum, very friendly owners, VERY DOBROZHELATELNY, Breakfast is modest. And I liked it.
