Lack of everything, no service. An abandonment.

To the negative reviews that I find myself sharing, I add only: rude staff and not attentive to the needs of the customer.

Not recommended: There is no kitchen (although on booking is clearly indicated) ; The coffee machine is perpetually broken (even though we were assured there was), and to our doing so present did not give the thing any importance; The walls are so thin that every noise is inside the structure (the doors close only by slamming) and outside (noises of the road and ambulances, given the proximity to the hospital) ; Our room overlooked the rubbish bins; The only dishes present are a few cups, saucer, knife and a couple of teaspoons (for the most part dirty).

It's a place out of the ordinary like a. Very clean and cozy family condo with shared bathroom but they are very clean there is no TV but if good sign of Wi-Fi and in the room good bed table, wardrobe, map and a bunch of keys to get in and out as many times as you want, if you come as a tourist is ideal because it is cheap, safe and gives you a good map. Of Rome with all the places you have to know and in the background there is one. Machine. Of cookies or snacks, all ideal to rest.

All is well, only doors very loudly open and close. If you get the extreme rooms-feel like a concierge.

Great location, well furnished apartment. Nice staff.

Great location to get to the Colosseum area, bathroom every day clean and tidy, comfortable bed.

Stayed here in June 2013 for 5 nights. The owner was very nice. It catered for all our needs.
