Very nice place, clean, includes breakfast, rooms are spacious. It is about 20 minutes from the Coliseum walking. I recommend it 100%

Very solid and first hostel experience. It had everything I needed, the front desk staff were very polite and welcoming, and the included breakfast was really great. If there was one negative comment it would be the weak showers which produced too cold or too hot water.

Really good location for really cheap. If you go there bring own padlock, otherwise you cannot close your wardrobe, which I wouldn't call wardrobe because it is really small. Furnitures are really small btw.

It was clean. Rooms with private bathroom are better than with shared bathroom.

Had a great experience in Rome, I do no think it could of been anything with out the help of the staff. Just as you arrive the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were just what you need and breakfast was great. Would defiantly return again.

Its central location is very served. This place favors the meeting of people from all over the world which is very inspiring.
The staff at the front desk is very knowledgeable and polite, while at the breakfasts there was a very dismissive person and not at all smiling.
A single bathroom on the floor serving one person at a time is very uncomfortable. If you have to go to the bathroom while it is occupied by someone you are taking a shower you cannot access it. The bathrooms should be cleaned more than once a day.
All in all it costs little, so for those who do not have much claim as students or low cost travelers is recommended.

Great hostel, very good staff, prime location. I would definitely stay again. One suggestion would be to put curtains for the shared bunks. A little privacy doesn't hurt.

We found this hotel in emergency due to a last minute problem and we are thrilled.
+ Warm receptionists. One of them spoke French and gave us many tricks in addition to a map of the city. Spacious room. Safe in the bedroom. Breakfast served in buffet, free and copious.

It's a cheap hotel, not a hostel (even though it shows up at hostel searches). Stayed in a hotel room with 2 bunk beds. Decent cleanliness and location, but zero social atmosphere. Breakfast included.

Everything very clean, the beds comfortable and the large bath… Plus it has lockers in the rooms so if you have a padlock you can go quietly if you worry about your things.

Rooms acceptable. Beds a disaster, the mattress was paper. The dreadlocks of the reception had less wave than a slug.

Very good place… close to all the places that one. Want and must to visit in Rome. The price is very good in relation to the services. A little awkward to have only one bathroom (with shower) per floor… so that is approx 12 people… but is very good in general… The staff very good wave…

Very good place, excellent service and a location quite accessible.

5th floor room is very warm. Try and get bottom bunk if in a shared room. Morning breakfast is simple and delicious! Cereal, croissants, fruit, etc. Something for everyone! Would recommend as it's close to everything one would likely want to see in Rome.

Location for such budget accommodations was superb, walking distance from most major sites if you don't mind, and a close subway station if you don't want to. Staff was quite helpful, and in addition to a free walking tour (but tip the guide! ) They had tons of other useful info when we went out that helped us avoid lines and other inconvenience. Rooms were the only notable downside. They were clean, but the AC was not sufficient, but did still keep the room adequate. The shower did not have any hot water though, so we let them know at check out.

The shower was impossible to use, and there was some scuffing and writing on the walls of the room, but otherwise it was a decent stay! Very kind service and the location is fairly close to the train station. The Wi-Fi is also good. I would recommend not using the shower, though. The temperature changes at random from ice cold to blisteringly hot. When you move the knob from one side to the other, the temperature doesn't change until 90 seconds later. I timed it. Really awful. At least it was honestly the best bed we've slept in in Europe.

Well located, good cleaning of the common spaces and rooms, good service staff.

The best thing is that the employees you re help in everything you ask for, Spanish-speaking majority, and the included breakfast is very good.

What an amazing experience staying here, fantastic room modern and contemporary clean throughout with staff that bent over backwards to help, a patience lady helping with our breakfast and a feast available to choose from thank you, thank you, thank you, Rome was enhanced by our stay with you.

Nice hostel in a great location. The shower in our room was not very good. Customer service could be improved, the girl with the copper hair would not let anyone check in until 3 even though there were many exhausted travellers waiting. When it came 3pm and we all wanted our keys she was a bit rude.
Most places ive stayed if you are there early and your room is ready they let you check in.
Still I would stay there again, the rest of the staff were lovely.

Great staff and prime location to get to everything, love every bit about it this place. Concierge offered recommendations to great places to eat, sightsee and get tickets for the main attractions. 5 stars.

An excellent experience was the stay at this Hostel. Very good location and easy of finding, near the station Termini and from the metro. Ideal to know those places more important of Rome to foot or in transport public. The breakfast is basic, but OK. Staff is known for their kindness and concern by the guest.

Suitable place to stay a few nights in Rome. Close to the Centre and to the main roads. Friendly and hospitable. Recommended for young people.

I was there for 3 nights and it was a terrible experience.
They asked us to pay the 30 euros for the deposit when we first checked in and told us they will return after the checkout. But it didnt happen. They didn't even write it on the receipt while we paid the 30euro extra for deposit. The room's walls are so thin that you can also hear people talking all the time. Hot shower is on and off unpredictably while it's 2 degrees outside. … The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. We were checking out at 5am in the morning to catch our bus to the airport, but the guy was really grumpy and spoke with rude words like : "Receipt? Keys? How many people? " without any proper manners. I would definitely never come back again.

Stayed 2 nights in Mosiac hostel. The hostel is very close to Rome Termini station. The dorm rooms are clean, AC works, Wi-Fi connection is good, locker for bags are available, has a private bath. In all its perfect. The best part of the hostel is the staff, Andrea, Martin and Milan. All of them have good knowledge about the city and they help you plan your tour. Special thanks to Andrea for helping us plan our travel in Rome. She helped us book a guided tour, suggested us must visit places apart from the guided tour and of course good restaurants too :). Rome unlike other European cities is not just a combination of town hall, cathedral and restaurants. It is Grand in many ways and tips from a city expert like Andrea helps you have the best experience of the city. I totally recommend this hostel.

I stayed one night in Mosaic hostel everything was perfect. I stayed in 4 bedroom dorm with private bath. The room was spacious and clean with private lockers, the AC was working properly. The location is convenient abt 10 mins walking to termini station. The staff is amazing specially Andrea, she was very helpful she planned the whole site seeing and attractions for me that will fit my stay in rome. I totally recommend this hostel.
