Stayed at Savelli Navona Petite Suite. Even though the agency tried to rectify problems, apartment itself is pretty poor. Not clean, all dusty despite the cleaning charge of 82 dollars. Cleaning guys don’t care as cheapest available workforce are hired. Bed aweful — old, dirty, stained. No mobile connection in the apartment. Wifi wasn’t working for 2 days, after they fixed it, signal was still very poor. At check-In requested to take all details of my credit card, including cvv code, which isn’t even legal. The only good point is location. Overall, agency doesn’t seem to care much about quality of apartments. Not recommended.

Location! Location! Location! The apartment is in great location — Walking distance to Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi… and more. The apartment is in safe location, clean and great hosts. I would recommend.

Its ok for what it is! Its a neat and clean basic hotel in Rome center and near all the buzz of the Trastevere Quartiere at night. Small room with basic facilities. Bed is a bit stiff so watch out if u want to have a long stay. Location and cleanliness are top though! Nice rooftop area as well! No lifts so if u have big bags u would need to do 2 floors!

Good reactivity, apartment within a typical residence and placed next to transport but services of poor level: Wi-Fi never works, very small hot water balloon, electricity problems, very average cleaning…

Very clean room, great service, close to almost everything. No grocery store close by unfortunately. Great restaurants close by.

The location was not that pointed to the web Booking. We had an apartment located completely outside of Rome, and to go downtown we had to go to the use of the tram. Nothing more coming in, there was no one waiting for us to give us the keys at the agreed time, so I went to a pharmacy that had been just below the building (by chance) and the girl got in touch with the company, to which they replied that "we would come someone with the keys, but they did not know when. "Then, I get a message from an Italian number and the words "Via Guido Reni, 33" without more input. I call to that phone number and a lady said to me that there has been "water problems" in our apartment and we have selected a new one (all of this having already come to Rome, and without notifying us of anything in advance), so we headed to the new apartment (I was about 100m from the previous) and there still is no one waiting to give us the keys. We call that phone and communicate to us that "it will come to dárnoslas" (all of this to 40 because it was summer and it was unbearable the heat). At the time, appears a filipino to give us the keys and, by surprise, the apartment was disgustingly dirty, so we refused to pay the 80€ fee for cleaning expenses. A total shame this company, I wouldn't recommend it ever.

A real shame. With over a month of anticipation, we booked a two bedroom apartment in Rome. Upon arrival, they informed us that the apartment we had rented was not available and they claimed that we alojaramos in another that not only had half of m's that we had selected but did not have room for three adults and it was dirty (package of crackers open on the table light, bed unmade, etc etc). The only solution offered to us was that we quedaramos in that department (of course, at the same price which we had rented). You never contacted us to offer any solution or help to find it. Conclusion : we had to lose an entire afternoon (of the few days that we would be in Rome) to find out where you can stay and have a budget 50% higher than planned. I recommend not to book with a company that seeks to rip people off.

I give it a star for that you can't give 0. Upon arrival we see a kitchen at the entrance, the knob of the entry door broken, the dining table, and a part of dwarf and lame, was broken also. The air conditioner loses water and this part of the floor of the ground floor is soaked. The 3 person (queen bed + twin in a separate room) is gorgeous, very clean, spacious, and definitely affordable. Windows are double pane and its high enough that street noise is not an issue. The bathrooms are new and very nice. There is a large rooftop terrace available for guests with a bar in the evening, and the best part about this place is the location! Trastevere is a great neighborhood with lots of wine bars and restaurants just west of here. Highly recommended!

This place was clean and conveniently located. Would definitely be willing to stay here again. The wine bar below the hotel was great.

We stayed in the second floor apartment for two nights in July 2015, whilst on our trip sightseeing in Rome. We found the apartment very clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen was shared with two other occupants with good facilities (ie fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave etc. ). The two bedrooms were reasonably sized, with air conditioning, however the beds were not particularly comfy and the Wi-Fi range was very weak, meaning that we could not connect in all of the rooms. There is lots of activity going on outside the apartments with many bars and restaurants all around the area. This means that it can be noisy at night, however we had no trouble finding somewhere for an evening meal (we would recommend the restaurant opposite to the left with loads of tables outside).
