Nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, very warm. When we arrived, found pleasant goodies as a gift from the owners of the house. In the small common kitchen there is a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster fridge, dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, jams, juices, muffins, biscuits, bread, fruit. It is possible to leave luggage after eviction. Disadvantages: Very small bathroom, audibility from the street, no sockets, a suite of towels for the entire period of stay (6 nights). No matter what, feel comfortable and cozy.

B&B located in the heart of Rome 10 minutes from Rome Termini.
The rooms are nice and clean. Each of them is equipped with a table where you can have breakfast in the morning, really excellent idea! The owners are friendly and helpful, perfect connoisseurs of the city. So any doubt ask!
When I return to Rome I will definitely stay here!

After a long flight in our host Giorgia was extremely friendly staying late on a Saturday night to help us check in. However the rest of the stay was less than ideal — especially for the $125/night (US $). We checked in Saturday night and checked out Wednesday morning. Issues we encountered — **Even prior to checking we we had sent 2 separate emails asking questions. Upon arrival Giorgia mentioned receiving emails, however she failed to reply. The responses requested were yes/no questions, not ones that required detailed answers. **The "included breakfast" was a round breakfast cake that appeared to be somewhat fresh Saturday night. That cake was eaten by guests and the same cake was there when we checked out Wednesday morning. There was also juice/toast available. **2nd breakfast issue. Monday we noticed the breakfast area was out of coffee. We sent text to owner — NO RESPONSE. We sent text again Tuesday night when there was no coffee again for Wednesday morning. There are a total of 5 guest rooms in this guest house and not a single one had coffee for not 1 but 2 days! Seriously?!?!? Is that the way to run a bed and breakfast? **WI FI is "included" — — if you've done any overseas traveling you realize that using your phones built in wi fi is not always ideal and it can be very slow. So if you want to get something done, it's best to connect to wi fi when possible. For 1 day the wi fi worked.

Very nice to welcome you to the hostel. It has a breakfast included which is tasty enough to my liking. It is on the 3rd floor but the building has a small elevator that can fit 2 people and suitcases.

Excellent bed and breakfast in the Centre of Rome near Esquilino. Welcoming and friendly staff, very well connected by metro and bus to reach monuments and museums.

Pleasant and hospitable, kindness and willingness on the part of the operators.
Central and easily accessible. Experience to be repeated.

Very well located in the Centre of Rome, the Domus Victoria offers spacious and comfortable rooms. However the Internet connection was poor.
